As you walk in you get greeted by a kind man who I believe is either the manager or owner. The food is delicious and the service is incredible. My fav was the olive oil with seasoning and cheese to dip the bread lol. Warning you there’s a lady who comes by to sells roses. I bought two for me and my friend and they were $10 EACH ! Wow lol The man who greeted us from the beginning always checked if we were alright or anything is needed.

The restaurant has a pretty dated interior/exterior, may need a good cleaning day soon. Otherwise, they have a running goodfellas/sopranos theme that’s very interesting!The calamari appetizer was very delicious and super crispy. The side marinara sauce was piping hot and flavorful with a slight kick at the end which was a pleasant surprise.The pasta I ordered was not on the menu but a combination of two. I wanted the fettuccine Alfredo pasta with peas and pancetta. They accommodated this request and it was very thoughtful!Our waiter was outstanding and very attentive. He was very proud of his son and we are very proud of him too! I hope this waiter get acknowledged for his hard work, he was an essential part to our very great dining experience.This restaurant is great for families or people who love a big and filling pasta dish! I highly recommend!

My friend lives in the area and never tried this place. The veal was recommended by the manager and I have to say it was the best veal I have had in a very long time. The clams oreganata was also very good. Great service, didnt wait long for food. Id make the hour drive to go back to this place.

Have driven past this place many times but never ventured inside...boy what a mistake. Intimate setting with comfortable seating, candlelit tables, attentive and courteous wait staff, an extensive wine list, and a full bar. The food is remarkable - from the fresh bread you are brought moments after taking your seat, on through the main course as you choose from their extensive offerings. We had appetizers, dinner, and desert - and everything was delicious! Well be back here for sure, and I recommend Goodfellas to anyone who is a lover of good food and good times.

The restaurant is good but lost much of its flare from the old days. It is old and outdate, service is ok as is the food. This used to be a great place but unfortunately time takes it toll.

Went with a group of 12 and they were able to seat us upstairs by ourselves, very good and attentive service and delicious food.

Goodfellas never disappoints with quality of the food. Pre-covid service was always great. After covid the service is lacking and the restaurant itself looks tired and needs a refresh.

We had dinner last night, the atmosphere was very comfortable, the owner was super nice, stopped by the table multiple times to be sure the food and everything else was ok. The service was fast. We got a mix of cold and hot appetizer, very good, plus several specials available for the entrees. The wine list pretty extensive. We got Amarone and it was very good. The good things was the bread, keep coming to the table warm and crunchy.I will definitely go back

If your looking for a family styled Italian restaurant dining experience, look no further! Last night we dined at Goodfellas and upon entering you feel the dark wood embrace you. Flocked with photos from the Goodfellas movie as well as other Italian stars, you definitely get that vibe. I ordered the Halibut special and it was exquisitely garnished with a lemon sauce and capers. It was accompanied with potatoes and vegetables and it was delicious. My hubby ordered the steak. It was juicy and tasted great. All the while dining, Sinatra and music of that era was playing in the background. As a Sinatra fan myself, I can say I was very pleased. After dinner, we moved to the bar for after dinner drinks. DJ Worm who is there on Saturday nights was accepting requests. I was in my glory. Definitely a gem in the neighborhood and will certainly return.

The food was great but the service was horrible. I tried to substitute vegetable for another vegetable and the server just said that I could do it for additional price. That was really unfair since you are paying enough for every meal. Asked for butter and I never got the butter. To Make it even worst after I gave my credit card to the server. I have to look for him because he took for ever to bring the receipt. Good but not so good

Ive been there a hundred times. Food is always amazing. I have never had a bad experience there. The food is always fresh and made the way I like. They accommodate me even when its not on the menu. Ive sat at the bar, and tables and have never had a bad experience. I always have an excellent time there. The food is a but pricey depending on what you get. But its genuine quality food. I went with my father and my boyfriend. The food was excellent!! I got the chicken marsala, my dad got the shrimp scampi and my boyfriend got the clams with linguini. Everything was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is cozy. I will be coming back !

1st time here and not my last... when here for an even and food is good and so is the ambiance.

End to end, this restaurant was great. Starting with (the manager?) Sam squeezing me in with no reservation on Mothers Day; menus right away & well made drinks; delicious BREAD (thats a big deal to me); appetizers & food were scrumptious; friendly, attentive staff. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Just a bit slow at times (probably because they seemed a bit understaffed that day), and desert was ok, although desert is not important to me at all. Fully recommend for any day dinner or holidays & occasions. Small but nice, clean, cozy decor. (Fun fact- Goodfellas is one of my top 10 movies of all time, and the restaurants owner played Dr. Dan in the movie! I wish I knew about this place when it opened in 1991, right after the movie.)

Always enjoy coming here for dinner with my family. Today I had the Monkfish Con Crosta Di Mais special and it was fantastic! Service is always great and the atmosphere comfortable. I would highly recommend Goodfellas.

The food and service was out of this world. The Contis use to be my doctors for year and were excellent doctors its not surprising they would have a restaurant just as excellent.

When we arrived we headed to the bar. The bartender Tina looked at me...never smiled...I then asked if they had a list of wines by the glass. She said what do you like? I have everything. Meanwhile I wanted a list so I could see the selection. They obviously have a list but she refused to show it to me. Then my husband went to the car and he asked me to order him a gin and tonic. I said what kind of gin do you have? We have everything she said...funny thing is he likes Hendricks but its a name I can never remember. So again I ended up with Tangueray. I have never ever written a review. This is my first!! I worked in the restaurant business for 7 years. When you go out to dine...the last thing I want is a rude bartender. The food was good but not worth Tinas attitude. Make sure you call and only go if shes not working!!!! As for me if I ever go again I will make sure shes not there!!!!

How this place got 4+ stars baffles me. The décor is dated and looks a little run down. It is on a main road, the lights from oncoming cars was very distracting. They need better window treatments. The food was awful. We ordered an avocado salad to share and at 7pm they were out of avocado, so we ordered fried calamari, it was so chewy you practically had to swallow it whole and the marinara sauce tasted like they opened a jar and poured it in a bowl. We barely ate any of it, when the waiter came to clear, he asked if there was a problem with it and we told him, then said we didnt like. For my entrée I ordered chicken parmesan over angel hair in a vodka pink sauce which they told me would be an extra charge, which I didnt mind (red sauce is to acidic for my stomach). When our food arrived, only the pasta was in pink sauce in a ball on the side of the chicken which was smothered in red sauce. I sent it back only to get it back cold. The pink sauce was horrible, I could not eat it. The maître d ask if there was anything wrong, I told him I didnt like it he did offer to get me something else, but at that point it was too late. They did not offer to take any charges off the bill, which in my opinion was overpriced to begin with. A glass of wine was $9.00. I will NOT be going back there.

Went to this place 6 yrs ago. 2 of us got a seafood dish. It looked great but tasted like salt the .manager apologized and said the cook forgot too change the pasta water. We gave it another try 2 weeks ago. Wait staff was terrible . Only 4 tables occupied at the time. 4 males on staff. Had to ask three times 4 them to clean our table from appetizers . Finally they did when our main entree came out. Food was horrible. The fish was greasy like it was recooked. I ordered a simply shrimp parmesan which wasnt on menu. Was charged 30 dollars for 4 shrimp and pasta. Wouldnt recommend to anyone who wants to have even a little bit of good service and food. I work in the field and wouldnt ever treat a customer like they do. They should get employees who want to be professional. Gave a small tip but wrote the service was terrible
