The owner/manager of this UPS store is very good. She is always helpful and around to both facilitate employees and clients.She mentioned that ground will arrive next day too when I asked to ship priority. She also asked if Id like to go outside to stay with my puppy while they complete my transaction and came outside to ask some final questions. Always a pleasant, 5 star experience here.

Each time Ive come to this location I have Rashmi handle my shipments. She does a great job keeping things cost effective and even has given me pricing ahead of time so I know what to expect. Great customer service and shes very personable. If you go here definitely ask for me, she really knows what hes doing.

Ive had some bad customer service experiences at UPS stores, but this one absolutely takes the cake as the worst ever. Ive called twice about some packages they are supposed to ship to me. Each time theyve put me on hold for about 15 minutes and then hung up on me. Also, the second time I called the kid who answered the phone said mens warehouse before correcting himself and saying ups. Absolutely awful customer service.

I love this location! Everyone here is always helpful to me. We have a box here and they treat us like we are welcome.

I’ve lived in Garfield Heights for a while now and their customer service this year has been by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. All employees have bad attitudes, you basically have to help yourself and keep up with the tracking of your packages because if you don’t they will “lose” your packages. It happened to me once in December and currently I had to track down the UPS driver because they’re unprofessional. One driver left a note on my door about a package and didn’t even fill the NOTE out.

I ask where to drop off my packages and the older big lady (You’ll know who I’m talking about) is so rude it’s always a problem with her attitude. UPS needs to fire her. She is destroying the business.

Frustrating! Scheduled appointment online to get my elderly Fathers Health Care Power of Attorney and Living Will notarized. Website even offered to provide witnesses at the store. Upon arrival, was told that they will not notarize those documents. It would have been helpful if if the website did not offer services not provided the location.

Tony and his team at The UPS Store (#0731) in Garfield Heights, OH are the best in quality, customer service, price, packaging and ensuring the items shipped arrive at their destination safely and on time (except when the weather holds up shipments - and of course, Tony and his team have no control on that). Over the past 3 years, I have had many items shipped from this store to California and have received the most wonderful customer care whenever I am contacted, whether contacted by phone or email. AND thats an important point - Tony and this team use email to contact their customers (if thats their preference) - which opens up options. For me, having items shipped from OH to CA is seamless, and I appreciate that Tony and his team provide updates by email as well as the tracking number. Plus, they are prompt to respond to emails. So please consider using The UPS Store (#0731) in Garland Heights, OH for your next shipment - large or small, they handle it all; they are professional and responsible - a great group of folks. Have been going to this location for 2 years no one in that place knows how to do anything horrible service

Read the reviews at a # of locations and customer service was lacking. This UPS Store had all glowing reviews here. I was skeptical but went out of my way to go to this location. My goodness, this was probably the best customer service I experienced in a while. The lady helping me even asked the UPS Truck Driver to wait a couple more minutes to get three of the packages I was shipping sent out today. WOW, she was fabulous. I would go out of my way to use this location again. Highly recommend this UPS Store for going above and beyond. Thanks!!!

I had a package being sent to my home, but I wasnt home to receive it and it was sent here. I came to pick it up. I gave my ID to find my package to the man who worked there. who took a quick scan of the packages and said it wasnt there. He really did not try to look for it. He asked for my tracking number which I did not have on me. But I was certain that the package was there.I left frustrated. Few minutes later, I come back with my boyfriend and it was a woman who took care of us and she had an attitude because she saw I was just there trying to get my package. He showed her the email that it says its there and she asked for tracking number which it says it was there. With an attitude she asked if the package was under someone else name.She asked how will the package come in as if I know how the sender will have my package. it took her 15 minutes to find my package. Both employees were just rude and lazy. They were explaining its easier if you have your tracking number. my tracking number has nothing to do with finding my package that was in front of you this whole time. If I said I received a email saying its there. It is there. They were finding every way by asking me all these questions to prove me wrong but I was right the package was there the whole time. I felt if they were doing their job efficient the first time, I would of never gone through this trouble. I wasnt even rude to them, but they were rude to me. Horrible customer service. because of this experience I have a sign outside my door to leave my packages outside my home, so I wouldnt have to go through this experience again.

It used to be so convenient and quick to pick up a package but now the place seems unorganized and everything takes so long to get anything done. The employees aren’t very friendly anymore and no one seems to want to help.

I ship My eBay products all the time, sometimes I use UPS, sometimes I use USPS. I drop all my packages off at the UPS store in Shaker and have no problem, very nice people there. I went to this one and the lady rudely told me that’s USPS, I just nodded and she said it again, I then realized oh she means they don’t take it here. No problem but I think it would have been much more professional to say sorry we don’t except USPS at this location. So viewers beware when putting in USPS locations in google maps this will show up but they will rudely turn you away.

This is a terrible store location. I was told the notary was available on 2 different occasions when I arrived the notary was not there either time . Very unpleasant.

Both customer service reps there were not friendly at all. Observed them having a conversation with another customer that definitely had some racial undertones. They were not even attempting to speak softly. Its like they wanted me to hear it.

OMG, every since this location was purchased by Rashmi Jain in 2019, the customer services has been so horrible. The older gentleman that works there now, has the worst attitude ever. If she keeps him as an employee, her UPS store will close down within a few years because of him.

There is a woman who works the counter who has an attitude. How she remains employed there is beyond me. I will be looking for another UPS store.

I absolutely LOVE THIS STORE.. No matter my jay b they are there and have it done immediately. During my fathers funeral I needed Obituaries immediately and they did!
