We asked for almost a bubblegum LIGHT PINK color which they said was possible and got HOT PINK. Then Debbie WASHED THE HAIR BEFORE BLEACHING and when asked about it the hairstylist Debbie who they said had 30 years experience said she has a cleansing process she has because she doesn’t know what kind of hard water you use to wash your hair at home or what kind of medicine you take which they did not bother to ask. They CHEMICALLY BURNED THE SCALP some spots are bleeding and most of the scalp is scabbing some deep into the scalp and when we asked about that they quickly looked at her hair in one spot on the top of the head and said it’s not chemically burned because they would know and it would be bleeding and scabbing which is exactly how the scalp looks. The picture attached below is after 2+ hours of damage control. They used a direct dye and tried saying that’s the reason there was still globs of it all over the roots when leaving the saloon and it dried onto the roots which took about 2 hours to try and fix before going to work(which did not work very well they ended up giving a hat at work which was embarrasing). The hair came out patchy with strains here and there of bleach blonde hair and some spots lighter than others which Debbie tried to write off saying it was patchy because of the black at only the bottom of the hair except it wasn’t just patchy at the bottom the whole thing was patchy and the bangs are flat and the attempt to blend them into the hair was poor and the experience overall was poor with a side of attitude although the manager was very kind and understanding and actually tried to listen and we ended up with a REFUND of HALF of the 200.

Emily is the best..always friendly and she is also good with the kids.. I will continue 2 keep going here with the family.. and the prices are good also.. I give this place more then a 5star rating if I could..

My boyfriend’s daughter read up on reviews, and had suggested Emily for her overall great reviews. Emily is doing a great job as manager Ive seen both Jaqui and Amber. Both did an amazing job. The customer service is great and they make you feel like your hanging out with the girls. Especially Amber I love the color!

This is a good place for a quick cut or dye. They ladies are soo nice here and wonderful. I would recommend this place for a cheap but good haircut.

I first went to supercuts two years ago right before my prom in 2018 when I wasnt happy with the job my stylist was doing before. I managed to be lucky enough to have Emily cut my hair that day who I was originally skeptical to have cut my hair at first but with the job she did, I have gone to her ever since. Even now when Im in college I rarely get my hair done outside of her. Its funny too because my mom loves Emily cutting my hair enough to be able to tell who cuts my hair even when I give another stylist the same instructions that Emily had written out to get the same outcome. No one has been able to do the same haircuts as Emily has especially consistently.

Emily did a fabulous job on my hair!! She was patient and asked me for clarification before doing anything to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Thanks Emily 😃

Crysta is splendid, in my opinion shes the only one there that really cares about that place and it shows! Always does a great job on my hair and pays attention to detail, not alot of stylists do these days. Will be back as long as shes always there

I arrived at 3:20 they wouldn’t take me.There were 2 stylists there, 1 had a customer the other was sweeping up but couldn’t be bothered to cut my hair. They close at 4:00, that’s 40 minutes. Typically takes about 15 to cut my hair.I spoke with Crysta and she gave me a great haircut, I appreciate that Supercuts addressed this so quickly!!! I will definitely go back for future haircuts.

So we got in and there was Death metal music playing when it should have been just easy listening music. Also after all the Covid stuff, they aren’t able to wash hair and do a towel which is fine, however, they are still CHARGING for that stuff plus a haircut so my haircut was $22 when it should have been less because I only got a third of what they were giving before. Change your prices if you aren’t giving a full service.

My family always gets the best treatment at Supercuts. Love the job they did on my kids hair just in time for school pictures and so do they.

I brought my daughter here for haircuts for us both before school started. Didnt wait very long to get into seats. Hairdresser asked me a few questions about the hairstyle I wanted but I wasnt sure how to respond because Im not a hairdresser. I then sat there in silence until the owner came out and sparked a conversation with me, because my stylist wouldnt carry on a conversation with me despite my efforts. My daughters stylist was awesome and her hair came out great! Once I returned home and played with my hair a little, I found 3 huge chunks that werent cut right, one of which was very obvious. I ended up fixing it myself, even though I know nothing about cutting hair. I wont be returning. Prices werent bad and the other stylist and owner were very nice.

Ive been getting excellent haircuts lately with my stylist. I hope that she stays there for a long time.

When I sat down, I was quoted a price of 219 dollars. Four hours later, I was charged 330 dollars. I didnt complain, because when asked if I wanted my hair cut too, I DID say yes, and it did take a long time. What upset me, was when I asked what the standard tip was, the woman in the front looked at me and said it was twenty percent, and do I need her to do the math for me? NO, I DO NOT NEED YOU TO DO THE MATH FOR ME. (HOW RUDE!!!) AND, no matter how extensive the hair was, to suggest that I owed a 66 dollar tip?? And when I left a thirty dollars tip, (which I thought was a pretty flipping good tip,) I actually got an eyeroll from the front desk girl, like I was being cheap. Its pretty unfortunate, because I found the hairstylist to be nice and professional, and if it hadnt been for he whole price raising and acting like I was cheap fiasco at the end, I probably would have kept coming back.

My son & I go to Supercuts in Gardner every month. He gets his hair cut and I have my brows done. Our personal faves are Emily, Greg, and a girl that looks like a rockstar version of Taylor Swift. Emily did my perm, which came out nice. Shes also done my brows several times. Theyre always very polite and pay attention to what the customer wants.

High prices ($22 haircut) and a loud atmosphere. This was an unpleasant experience. When I first got there, heavy metal music was playing loudly. This lasted for 15 minutes until someone changed the music to something more bearable. I only received a haircut, but was charged for a cleaning, towel dry and a haircut, $22.

I got a great haircut without even knowing what I wanted, but a reminder that this depends on who the hairdresser is, good job to mine named samantha

Did a GREAT job on my brow wax!

Went here for the first time a year ago on the recommendation of a friend. I get very nervous around hairdressers, some just dont listen, but what a pleasant surprise. My Hairdresser was Chrysta and she was a doll. Was so happy with her I will stay with her. The establishment is welcoming and clean and the atmosphere is warm and friendly.

I never seem to have time to schedule an appointment to get my hair cut. Yesterday I was having one of those, Ive had it with my hair days. I stopped by the SuperCuts, Gardner MA, Pearson Blvd, Gardner without an appointment. I had a very short wait. The place was clean and was most impressed with the scissor skills Naomi. Great haircut. Great value!

This place charged 50.00 to leave my hair the same I was supposed to have curls that lasted only for 5 seconds by the time I got to my car and home the hair style was gone never again will I go there to do my hair

Top notch haircuts!

I went in for chunky blonde highlights, I am a natural blonde but as I age my hair is getting very dirty blonde. The stylist suggests cutting in the foils instead of weaving them for a chunkier look. After processing sitting in her chair I told her I dont see any highlights and ask if they were there thinking I just cant see them. Well after a couple days of being home and absolutely no one noticing and those that knew I was getting my hair done making no comment. I went back to complain that although my hair is slightly lighter there is not one visible highlight. The girl at the counter agreed that there were no highlights visible and went and got my stylist. She shows me one in the back of my head underneath all my hair. Ok so there is 1, she can make it better but it will cost me, she takes no responsibility for the lack of highlights...this is not my first rodeo they should be more prominent. Dacia was my stylist. BEWARE
