This is the best mechanic in the greater Los Angeles area and believe me if your car doesnt need it hes going to tell you because hes honest and not trying to scam you like most mechanics Ladies! Try him out for yourself if you dont already have a trustworthy mechanic.

Sorry! I came to this business one day. Got it off google. I was told $60.00 to see whats wrong. The Owner, had me fill out basic paperwork, toke my keys and parked me car. Never, said how long it would be or you can have seat, nothing. And, old customer came in he started on her car and finished it. Im still waiting. No communication to me. Sp, I asked he how long. He said a half of day. I got my key and left. This service for new customers need to improve. I wont be back...

The worst customer service experience ever. I pulled up in my BMW and I went to the cashier to ask for battery replacement.The cashier looked at me smiled and kept working with the customer in front of me, I thought all of this was normal and he was eventually going to acknowledge me ask what I need and so on.Not only was I waiting there but he came out and started talking to the same client and walked into his car and kept talking to him this whole thing took about 30 minutes I got in my car and I looked at him and waved.... he waved back at me and I told him when where you going to help me sir with a pleasant voice he said I was going to get around to it he replied and then I said well you just lost your self a customer I cant wait another 30 minutes for you to come back and help me... its your loss hes he held at me...The bottom line is he wanted me to wait around for almost 45 minutes for him just to acknowledge me or ask me whats wrong with my car?... On top of all that, It was extremely slow at 1pm there was only one car in front of me... there were two other people working on cars, but one cashier (main guy). This is an appalling excuse for service...There was no reason why I couldnt ask my question or had my battery serviced within an hour? The guy that was behaving in that disgusting fashion was Korean to be honest with you all of them where Korean?
