Been coming here for over 20 years, the boys do really good work. They are very reasonable for a German auto shop, work is always done right. Might be difficult to get in to have work done...well worth the wait.

I came in with a broken serpentine belt. They were able to replace the belt and pulleys and get me back on the road after being down for months and going to multiple shops. Would highly recommend if you want a GENUINE bmw without the dealer price.

Hoa, Thang, and Hiep are the most expert BMW mechanics. Theyre very realistic about what work they recommend and always figure out the problem. The shop may be a little rough around the edges, but what do you want to pay for? A lounge? Or, expert diagnosis from three (3!) BMW Master Technicians?

I would never think of taking my BMW any where else. The owners have a passion for the brand and serious about their work. They dont waste time with false repairs that the vehicle dont need. They will tell you the truth even if it hurts. I appreciate their candor and honestly, when they told me my X5 was ready for the junk man.

I went here to get my seat belt fixed on my 2010 Bmw and the owner ( Asian guy) acted to bothered to help me.. he then stated I needed a new seatbelt and labor would be expensive so I took my vehicles to a mechanic at another shop and he fixed my belt for free in 10 minutes... This shop takes advantage of women... I will never go here again!

Honest and professionalI have been a customer here since my mechanic is just too far. These guys are exactly what Ive been looking for in an honest shop servicing specifically BMWs. Tell them the problem, hand them the keys and let them go to work. As with all BMWs there can be different reasons for a give error code and they will give you a breakdown of what needs to be done, step by step, lowest fix to worst case. I will not go anywhere else having been to a few other shops over the past few years.Dont expect a plush waiting room, hot coffee and donuts. This is a no frills get er done facility which is why reviews are positive for those who are true BMW enthusiasts / clients.

South Bay Independent is the only place I will take my 750. They are great diagnosticians and do only the work that they must. They are refreshingly honest, fair and do the job correctly the first time. I highly recommend this business after trying several other dishonest, high priced and ineffective over the 15 years I have owned BMWs.

Took in a car for a pre-purchase inspection. The car was beautiful but the careful inspection done by these guys revealed that it had been fully repainted and was hiding significant bodywork that didnt show up on the Carfax. They were quite busy on a Saturday morning but really took the time to take care of me. Sadly I dont have a new BMW, but I know where to take it when I get one. Highly recommended.

Been bringing my beemer here for about 2 years now. They definitely know their stuff since they only work on Beemers and no other! Reasonable prices and definitely at a fraction of the cost of the dealerships. They are also are very honest and wont suggest any services not needed. Only took 1 star coz of the lack of customer service from Hoa and Tang. They are quite rude at times due to them being so busy. Ive recommended them to several friends and they also complain about Hoa and Tang being so disorganized and rude. But hey, they get the job done so I still bring my car here.
