Very nice and professional crew. I got my oil change here. They were able to help me on the site and reasonable service charge. Its situated just right by a Japanese super market called Tokyo Central. So you can do your grocery shopping while waiting for them. Very positive experience with them.

Tim at Promise Auto is amazing! I was looking for a a trusting mechanic to work on my rare Volvo C30 R-Design and happen to stumble upon his shop. He is exactly what I was looking for as far as a go to trusted mechanic. He installed Coilovers in one day, the price was unbeatable and the service was premium. He’s the only mechanic from now on that will be working on my car as I’m extremely picky with who works on it. 100% recommend Promise Auto for any job.

I was 30K miles past due on my Timing Belt replacement so it was always on my mind. I contacted 3 shops and Promise came in super competitive. It was a Friday I dropped off my car at 9am and picked it up at 5:15pm. Tim and believe it was his father stayed late so I could pick up my car same day. Both were really nice and gracious, I didnt feel they were rushing, even though I was late. Tim explained everything went smooth and he didnt notice anything else I needed to do to get an additional 90K miles out of it. Oh yeah and along with the timing belt, he does the water pump, replace pulleys, spark plugs etc... The coolest thing is I mentioned my sunroof is stuck, if he has time if he can give me a quote. I forgot and the next day I remembered so I pressed the button to open it and it works fine, cool dude, did it and didnt even mention it. Genuine good people. Great experience, I highly recommend to anybody. Oh yeah and his mechanic called out that same day so Tim did the job himself and still got it done same day! Cheers! -Adam

Good service and cheap prices. My only complaint is that I paid extra to use synthetic oil for my oil change. They said they did it, but Im pretty sure they just used whatever regular oil they had. They wouldnt let me watch and I couldnt see them open a new can

If you want a honest mechanic that stands by their work, William is your guy! He has been taking car of my vehicles for years and I have never been disappointed. Currently, I am taking my vehicle from the BMW dealer to have William perform repairs needed! Best mechanic in this area.
