Very pleased - I personally oversaw the work being done. Replaced the 2nd axle on a quad axle spread trailer. They assessed the job developed a plan quickly and replaced the axle and had done a few other things to the trailer. I would recommend them for any type of trailer repair you may have. I believe if it was something they could not handle they would let you know before committing to the job.

One of my trucks broke down in Garden City, KS. In snow this young man got my driver up & running. He did more than I had asked, then followed up with the driver to make sure the truck was repaired correctly. Customer service at its finest!!

I had a bad experience with another towing company they towed my semi away and for some reason they didnt wana give it back when I had all my paperwork so I called southwest truck and trailer towing and told him wat was going on so he told me I was able to get my truck with all the paper work I had so he. Went and took my truck out for. Me and towed it back to his lot. They did an excellent job and Im verry satisfied and I recommend there bussness and they are verry nice people

Work was good but be prepared to get it dry with no lube for the service.

Do not use these guys. Worst and most crooked shop I’ve ever been to. No only did they charge outrageous price but did not even fix the problem and actually caused problems. They use calk to seal the head back on the motor. Didn’t make it 100 mile before it started leaking.

Had my truck in for emissions codes. They put on computer and had my truck up and running the next day. Fast and great work. Will recommend this place to anyone need work done on there truck

Stay away. Wish we had read the reviews before we sent anything there. Same as the other comments, gets your equipment in the shop with all kinds of promises and then nothing happens till you pay. And pay some more. And pay some more. And supply parts. And pay some more. What a complete joke. Just a scam.

STAY AWAY from here. Take it in for a inspection. Takes things a part without ASKING then tells you need things done that you DONT. And charges to put it back together.. then you cant use a card to pay has to be cash. ..Our company WILL NOT use them again....

Stay far away from this place. They will get your truck in the shop and tell you they can work on it right away. Meanwhile, it may be a week or more until they get on it. There was another truck in the shop getting motor mounts and a rear seal. He was in the shop almost two weeks. They also rip you off on hours and towing and dont stand behind their work. I would have been better off spending several Grand getting another tow company to take the truck home when it broke down.

The tech did a through repair, did not short cut on work. Ive had the same problem which was repaired by another company only to fail. After examination of the work Im very confident the wiring will not loose connection again.Whenever Im in the Garden City area and have an issue whether its the trailer or tractor Southwest is my go to shop.

They took 10 days to fix an injector, 3 sensors and a power steering gasket. As a result of the extremely long time it took to fix the truck we lost our load. Driver lost 10, 000, and 2 escorts around 2k to 2600 apiece, not to mention the cost incurred from sitting in a motel not earning money. When my driver got impatient he was cursed at. Other drivers had warned us ahead of time that we would have to wait a long time for our repairs , but nothing prepared us for this.

This quack job Patrick took me for a loop ... charged me 800.00 and did absolutely nothing to my truck ..he went as far as trying to charge me storage. .(note; this @$$ made me bring cash ). For his safety I brought the police with me to get my semi .I had to call a tow company to tow it to another shop after spending 5 days in a motel . Needless to say Im out another tow bill, more days down and more money wasted in a motel ..I will be filing a claim tomorrow , I really wish I would have read his reviews before using him ... This is your fair warning !!!!!(update)got my truck to a different shop to find out that this guy left my key on and ran my batteries complete dead ,all the wire looms also bolts from the ECM that he took off were no where to be found . Wow!!!..

Wouldnt recommend, they take too long to fix anything and all they care about is making hours. Was charged for stuff that he never did, gave me an estimate for 15 hrs and took him 4 days to complete. 👎👎👎
