Had a social worker and nurse practitioner visit me last Wednesday. Now the social worker gave me his card but never followed up on the things we discussed to help me and the nurse practitioner who told me she were going to contact some people about health concerns never gave me a contact number so I could reach her to find out what is going with regards to what she told me. Then when I call her office the people there act like they dont know what Im talking about. Maybe its me but they dont keep records of what the employees do or visits by their people.
