I Have nothing but great things to say about the staff, my therapist, my case manager. THE SERVICES ARE GREAT. THEY HAVE TREATED ME WITH SO MUCH RESPECT AND KINDNESS . I HIGHLYRECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I DO NOT recommend this mental health clinic if you are serious about your mental health needs. I was treated with absolute repulsive behavior including the Receptionist hanging up on me when she found herself in a tight spot due to her own words. Please take care of yourself and look for a better place to get yourself truly taken care of!!!

Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment. Front desk receptionist regularly makes errors and is extremely rude and defensive when she is proven wrong. My husband was told that our insurance would not cover his appointment this morning which we knew was incorrect because he has been going there for over a year and is only ever charged copays for these appointments. He was given the option to either pay full price for the appointment ($150) or cancel his appointment for $35 and leave without being seen. Without the means to pay up front for an appointment out insurance should cover, he cancelled and left. I immediately verified with our insurance to see if anything regarding our coverage had changed and they informed me that it had not and that the appointment would be 100% covered. I then called Mountain View Health to inform them and was immediately met with hostility from the receptionist involved, and told that we may not be receiving our cancellation fee back (still waiting to speak with someone else on that matter). Absolutely absurd. Do yourself a favor and establish care somewhere else where they care about their patients and hire competent receptionists.

They are unorganized. They told me that my insurance wouldn’t cover my visit even though it was always just a 30 dollar copay in the past. I tried to explain that that was incorrect. The lady at the front desk said I’d have to pay in full, so I cancelled and had to pay a 35 dollar cancellation fee. Afterwards I talked with my insurance and they said the visit was covered and should have been just a 30 copay. I’ll find somewhere else to go in the future.

Stacey is very knowledgeable and provides good care. The other negative reviews may speak to other providers in this clinic, but like everything, its the individual people you are seeing that make the difference not the location or others, and everyones experience and perspective in life is different.

Absolutely awful service. They do not have your best interest in mind. I would never recommend to ANYONE.

My first appointment i had with this health facility they had lost my appointment completely and the receptionist treated me very rudly said she never made the appointment and had never heard of me then reluctantly rescheduled the appointment then a few hours later the doctor called and cancelled my appointment altogether didnt really give a reason i felt very discriminated against for no apparent reason when i had this appointment scheduled for two weeks even programmed into my phone so i wouldnt forget it if i could give them a negative star rating i would
