I have genuinely never seen such a professional, friendly, and welcoming environment than Salon 5. I have gotten many services done including a protein treatment for my hair, my eyebrows, a lash lift, and my nails recently! I am absolutely in love with every aspect of the salon and the outcomes I have had. From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave, I feel relaxed and extremely satisfied. I always have so much fun talking to the girls who are incredibly polite and respectful. Not to mention the cleanliness of the salon itself. I can tell this is a hard working and successful salon from the hard work and dedication put in it! I highly recommend this salon to anyone and everyone to try!!

Woman-owned business, very quick! She understood my hair and made sure to cut my hair in such a way that the cut would maintain the style I wanted -- Ive had so many hairdressers that have not paid sufficient attention to the photos I provided, or didnt understand how to adjust that cut to my hair quality. All that to say, she was genuine and skilled and I was very happy with my hair! I highly recommend scheduling yourself for an appointment!

The most unprofessional salon Ive ever been to. I called and told her i will be having more than 5 people coming in to do hair and makeup and she said ok come in all together at 10:00 am; we did not leave till 5:00pm. There was only one lady(guessing shes the manager) who did hair styles and makeup, while the rest just blow dried our hairs, which was not even done properly.We showed her specific pictures and videos of how we wanted our hairs done and she ended up doing her own style which was poorly done. When i told her my hair is still frizzy and isnt straight yet she used a cream/gel to bring my hair down, 5 minutes later my hair frizzed up again. Her coworkers did not even straighten/ blow dry my hair properly; so unprofessional. I paid $75 for nothing, if i knew that was going to be the outcome i would have never went there.After reading your reply, it seems like youve got me mixed up with a different person. I left at 5 and my hair was horrible. We sent no requests about having a manager doing the job alone either.

I made an appointment with Asma and she booked my appointment rite away to meet my needs amd actually gave me options respectfully . A few days before my appointment she reminded me of my appointment and gave me some tips to keep my skin in good condition before my big day ( wedding) . The day of the wedding I went to Salon 5 , the salon is so beautiful and clean , you definitely feel you are in good hands . Asma showed me what would look goof with my skin tone and shape of my face . I must say she really did an amazing job !!!! I was very happy with the way I looked at my wedding and everyone was impressed by how flawless I looked. Thank you Asma for doing a great professional job , I cant stop looking at my pictures !!!
