I cant say enough about how great Tatertots is. We pulled our kids from a very poor quality daycare and were a bit leary to have them go anywhere else. Its hard enough to leave your kids in someone elses care, especially after a horrible experience with another child care facility. The girls there LOVE the kids. My son doesnt even want to leave when I go to pick them up. Bailey is fabulous with the babies and is great about communicating any needs and events throughout the day. Makayla has been so fabulous with my son. They all are great with them, and communicative. The owner is really nice and knows the kids names even though he isnt there full-time. I have been so pleased with this daycare. I am so glad we took a leap of faith and tried them out. I would highly recommend their care. :)

After our first bad experience at a previous daycare, we found this one, we had been on the waiting list so I gave them a call and they were able to immediately fit us in that week! I met the owners and they were so nice and welcoming and the director was so welcoming and accommodating! The first day was a bit rough for our son because he hadnt been around many kids and this was technically his first time in a daycare, he was having a rough time transitioning, so they put him from the 1s room into the infant room. This to me showed that they truly were paying attention and really cared about our son. They seem to have a great security system and procedures. We are very excited for our son to continue at this daycare and continue to grow. Thank you Tatertots Academy and staff!

I come into Tater Tots Academy once a week to teach a class and I have only seen good things in regards to how the employees and owners treat the kids and the parents. The employees are very good at teaching the kids not only schooling lessons, but life lessons as well. When a child needs to be disciplined, in my experience it is always in a loving and kind way. The owners are very personable and love to sit back and have a laugh with anybody that walks through the door. The owners have asked my opinion numerous times what suggestions I would give to help them make things easier or for more fun ideas on ways to work with the kids. They are a great child care and work very hard to provide the best experience possible. I definitely recommend them as one of the best child cares in their area!

This place allowed me 4 days of care they called me at work and let me know that they personally knew my former child care and that I was no longer allowed to bring my child. Then took 200 from me and left me with nothing. My child was put in a table chairs so long that he had bruises on back of both his legs. Never would I wish them on my worst enemy

My youngest (8 months old) has been attending since June and my oldest (6 years old) has been attending since August and the staff has been great! When I arrive to drop them off, they are fine with me leaving, dont get upset or sad. And when I pick them up, they are always happy and content. At Tater Tots they are great at relaying information on how your childs day went. I know all to well the search for daycare can be long and stressful but I would definitely recommend Tater tots Academy!!!

We were very disappointed in our dealings with Tater Tots Academy. The first time we placed our child there, he continually got ill. Years later we went back and, initially, things went well, but then the owners let go of the woman who was originally running the center and after that it proceeded to go downhill. They constantly changed and/or lost teachers and several of the teachers (in my opinion) should not have been working with small children. I heard teachers speaking to children in incredibly inappropriate ways for the age group, etc... One teacher, in particular, questioned my parenting on a number of occasions and was incredibly inappropriate with myself, my family, and my child.Eventually we were asked to stop calling to check on our child b/c, according to the center, it was interrupting the teachers and they essentially told us that if we didnt stop, maybe our son needed to find a new place to be. We were later asked to stay longer with our son bc he was getting upset when we left and the teachers (at that point it was the summer and there were some days like 11+ children to one teacher and helper) couldnt handle it. They continually acted as if our child was difficult because he got upset or threw fits (he was 3-4 during his time there). It was very frustrating and discouraging.Financially they were good to work with, but as far as quality of care went, I feel strongly that the people who own the establishment should not be in charge of a childcare center. Prior to our moving to another daycare (we only stayed as long as we did b/c the wait list to other places were so far out) it seemed as if the summer program was just barely contained chaos.Overall I would not recommend this center. Although they do their best to maintain a professional facade, in the end, I feel thats all it is. The level of care, communication with families, and professionalism is all severely lacking.

We have only positive things to say about Tater Tots. They take an active interest in my daughters well being and development. The only teacher weve ever had a problem with was the very first teacher she had, and she was gone after our 3rd week there. Ive never known the staff to let her sit in a wet or dirty diaper. Theyve been completely on board with helping us manage some of her dietary challenges. Financially, they are very easy to work with, no surprises. They were actually recommended to us by one of the ITP therapists. Working with Tater Tots continues to be a great experience.

My kid went here one day and was sick for 3 weeks this place is very unsanitary and the folks working there don’t know how to take care of kids they let them sit in there dirty diapers for hours before changing them and they don’t feed them as often as kids 4 months should get fed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if you love and care about your children don’t take them here.

My child attended Tater Tots academy for a couple of years. My experience was exactly opposite of the two previously stated. I LOVED the staff! I was confused by the statement below on the lady that they said they let someone take her child without confirming who they were. You cant even enter the building without having a code. They also never allow a child to leave with someone that isnt on their list authorized to take the child. I know this because I had my sister pick my child up one time and I had to call directly and go through the process. What I do know is that she has a lot of parents that flake out on paying and she has had to take action many times to get paid. Unfortunately that in my opinion is not being uncaring it is taking care of your business so that you can stay in business. I would highly recommend Tatertots Academy!

I am currently working part time at TTA, and love it. The atmosphere is loving and warm. Other wise I would not work there. After 22 years in the field, I am picky about where I work. To those who comment about the money issue, what happens if you do not pay your utility bill or car payment????

I LOVE Tatertots and would recommend them to anyone! My 2 year old loves going and feels connected to the staff. They are caring and considerate of our needs. When my youngest was born I had no hesitation to start him at Tatertots as soon as I had to return to work. Both my boys are happy and well taken care of everyday. As a teacher I am very particular about how my children are treated and the environment they are in everyday. Tatertots goes above and beyond my expectations consistently.

We Love TTA! I have two children that have been attending since they were infants. All the staff is wonderful and they really do care about the children and families they serve. Any questions or concerns I have had have been addresses quickly, no matter how small. TTA has recently begun utilizing the Zoo-phonics curriculum and my son is reading 3 letter words and he is under 4 yrs! This is very exciting and I credit the staff for this accomplishment. TTA is an exceptional daycare that provides a healthy learning environment for children of all ages.

I wouldnt reccomend Tater Tots to my worst enemy. My child was there for one month and was mistreated and ignored. He hated going. It was the worst experience for our family and I can only hope it doesnt leave a lasting impression on our son. Tater Tots Academy should be closed.
