Ive been going to Garden City Dentistry for the entire 32yrs of my life and I couldnt even imagine going somewhere else. I actually get excited when going or my cleanings/dental work, which is very uncommon and most perfect think Im nuts. There has not been one bad experience I have ever endured while being a patient here. Besides how amazing every visit is, the staff makes you feel like youre apart of their family. Would HIGHLY recommend this dentistry for all of your dental needs!

The dentist that I see in the hygienist are both amazing. I love Dr. Rich and he does amazing work, but ever since he retired a corporation has taken over, and they have replaced the people working at the front desk. The new people hired from this corporation are very rude and extremely unprofessional. I have never been treated so badly in my life every time I call to make an appointment Or have a question about my insurance. All they like to do is harass you about when you are going to pay them after they already quoted you how much your dental work is going to be in then it ends up being double that. Very rude and unprofessional. The only reason that I go back is to see Dr. Rich because he does amazing work. Otherwise forget it. Very poor customer service hands down

I had Moose for my cleaning today. He did a fantastic job explaining what he was doing, why it was important, and what I needed to do to ensure that my teeth are as healthy as possible. All of the staff here are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it here.

The dentists are knowledgeable and have great bedside manners. The staff members have the absolute best customer service. I’m thankful and have recommended them to others.

Kind, curtious, attentive, patient. Brought me in on a emergency on a Saturday morning, extracted a tooth, was very concerned about my comfort level, went above and beyond to satisfy my situation. Im very happy i found this dentist office.

I was so nervous but my tooth got pulled in just a minute and I feel no pain.

This was my daughters first appointment with them and it was awesome. She got her baby tooth removed and didn’t cry. She was comfortable thanks to the awesome staff. I would definitely recommend them to others and we will be back.

Garden city Family dentistry is a fantastic facility and the staff members are truly a blessing. I visited the facility because I was having problems with my teeth. Dr. Gandhi and her assistant Annie were both very kind , gentle and professional. Dr Gandhi diagnosed my problems and communicated to me the best procedures to fix my tooth problems and alleviate my tooth pain, would be an extraction of the broken tooth and a filling. Dr. Gandhi and Annie were amazing, they worked gently and made sure I didnt feel any pain during the procedures. The procedures went very well and I am very happy with the quality of care I received. Thank you Dr. Gandhi and thank you Annie. Thank you Debbie, for taking care of my payments, Insurance and setting up my appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Gandhi and Garden city dentistry to anyone that needs any dental work done.

I NEVER review but this was the best Dentist visit Ive had in 50 yrs..No exaggeration. Top notch from beginning to end professional & friendly. Whitney was so awesome I forgot I was at the dentist about to have two teeth pulled. The staff get along so great together that it makes the atmosphere so comfortable. Dr. Reich OMG.. such a great dentist. Ive never had teeth pulled so easily that Ive had such minimal pain after. Hes just amazing & you can tell he loves what he does. 👍👏👏 what else can I say!? OMG guys I havent been this excited to visit the dentist since I was a toddler! Dr. Kassim and Whitney are the dream team! Like I feel like were family! I want to stuff my face full of candy so I dont have to wait 6 months to see them again. They made me feel really comfortable and I wasnt as nervous as usual. I will definitely be back, probably way more often now so I can avoid another root canal visit lol.

I was in an immense pain and contacted Garden City Family Dental hoping to be seen quickly. Garden City Family Dental was able to see me within 48 hours and were able to accommodate my dentist request . Dr. Kassim and Whitney are an amazing team! Whitney took care of me immediately upon my arrival with absolutely no wait time. Whitney listened to my concerns and helped to calm my fears. She even held my hand throughout the process! Dr. Kassim worked quickly and was able to eradicate an infection and perform a full root canal with little to no pain. She was extremely informative, communicated throughout the process and I felt well cared for the entire time I was in her chair. I would definitely recommend both Whitney and Dr. Kassim and will be back to see them both soon for the rest of my dental needs!
