I had time to explain everything, and they worked on getting me a specialist on MY time-frame (an absolute luxury).The credit professional I spoke with was honest, easy to understand, and did not lead me in circles. He told me exactly what I needed to do, and charged me only for the work he did. I could not have asked for a better experience. To my complete surprise, it turned out to be none other than the owner himself! He answered questions I didnt even know I wanted to ask.When I first called, I expected to be met with just another scam credit place, only to be shown there are still good people out there.
