Do not use them!!! They’re not doing a right job. I placed a lien with them On August 2018 I renew it in 2019. May 28, 2020 They sent me a letter if I want to renew it cost $1250. Just for fun I went on the Internet Checking out the house Where I place the lien And I saw December 9, 2019 was refinanced the house. I called them up and ask then what’s going on thy telling me everything looks the same nothing was changed. It was recorded I upload it and send then them proof that the house was refinanced The vice president call me back Nothing they can do I should contact my attorney I start to ask him where is my Mechanical lien He knocked down the phone on me. 5 minutes later the president call me back That I should contact the title company why the let it true. WOWBottom line if you want to place a lien this is not the right company They don’t know what thy are you doing.

Quick fast service it’s about $450 to place the lein and then they hit you with a $400 charge to remove it . Stick with a lawyer you will save $400

I tried to use this lien service to file a lien on a residential property. The owner didnt get back to us and was rude to my staff when we finally got to speak to him. We submitted our lien information a couple of times -he kept telling us he hadnt received it, and we needed to resubmit it. He spoke to my project manager and the attorney involved and let me know there were too many people he was speaking to and it was too confusing to be able to file the lien. Went to another service I know and trust but he cost me valuable time, frustration and almost cost me a client. I would avoid this company; theres too much at stake with this service to trust the wrong company.

They were very rude on top of being extremely over priced. Despite pricing I continued pursuing the lien through Speedy lien and they failed to close. Terrible service, use some one else

Charge me $450 to place a lien stated it was $50 to renew at renewal they demanded $900 or they would drop the lienthe new renewal is the scam !
