I am extremely happy with the service I received today from Bobby at Safe N Soft. On time (actually arrived a little early), professional and courteous. After moving into a new home, I needed the carpet cleaned in the family room as well as the staircase where there were significant pet stains. I was a bit in doubt that I would get the staircase free of the stains, however, when he was finished the carpet was completely stain free! The family room carpet looked amazing and to top it off he left a little package with stain remover and other trinkets for me. Excellent service and as I mentioned to Bobby I will be getting my carpets cleaned from Safe N Soft in the future.

I had them clean all the carpet in my home. It had pet hair and smell from previous owners. When I came home after they were complete, it was like new carpet was installed. It looked great, smelt great, and felt great—easy 5 stars and recommendation.

We have used Safe N Soft for a few years and will continue to do so. I have absolutely no complaints only complements. My carpets look brand new and my house smells wonderful. We have 3 dogs, 2 large and 1 small. There are accidents from time to time and our little dog has them more often. Safe N Soft gets the stains and smells out. We use their services once to twice a year and they have never disappointed us. I highly recommend them!!

Bobby was amazing. I had over 1000 Sq feet of carpet to clean. It was a huge task! I also needed it done ASAP. They sent someone the next day after I called. A huge benefit is how fast the carpets dry. I was able to have Painters and cleaners in the house working within 2 hrs of the carpets being done. Would highly recommend! Bobby worked incredibly hard and did a fantastic job.

The front office kept in touch with me about my appt and even called when he would be 30 mon late. Hayden was such a great help. We have 14 year old carpets and lanlord would not clean, so Hayden took all his knowledge and made our carpets like new. They feel so good now and could not thank him enough. I will recommend Safe N soft to all my friends and family. For someone that has health issues it was nice to see I was in good hands!

We hired Eric from Safe N Soft to come in and stretch 4 rooms and clean 5 rooms. Our carpets now look like new! We are very very pleased with the method this company uses to clean carpets. The product is a green product and not a soap so there is no residue left in the carpets. We also had an area rug cleaned. A very dirty white ottoman was cleaned as well and it looks like new (and no longer embarrassing). No other company will clean our carpets except Safe N Soft.

I wanted to wait a little bit to see how everything held up since the results looked to good to be true and last. We have carpet that is at the end of its life, and it was starting to show. We also had a section that needed repair and what we thought was a easy simple stretch (apparently it was the opposite). They did an amazing job and our old worn out carpet looked and felt brand new. You can not see the repair and they did an amazing job stretching the ripples out and they have not come back at all. They even went above and beyond and pulled a damaged section back to the doorway transition that we thought was a lost cause. We had used other steam cleaning companies in the past and the house was always humid and damp smelling and the carpet took days to fully dry out. Our carpet was dry by later that night and smelt wonderful. They are definitely our go to place now. Almost 4 months later the carpet still looks amazing and freshly cleaned after we vacuum, and the repairs have have held up amazing.

2 bedrooms, walk in closet and a 12x12 area rug treated, cleaned and raked. The technician was very professional, respectful of property and our dog, measured and explained everything, and then did a walk through inspection with me when finished. Everything, start to finish, took under 2 hours and the area rug they started with was already dry by the time they finished the last room. I love my carpet again! They warranty their work for 30 days in case a stubborn stain resurfaces. Everything is beautiful again and smells fresh without the smell of cleaning agents. If you are sensitive to smells (or not) look no further.

Everything about working with Eric and Monique was absolutely flawless. Safe N Soft Carpet Cleaning Boise ID. I had Safe N Soft clean the carpets in my moms condo. Truly great work, and courteous technicians and office staff. Great service and results. They responded quickly to a request for quote, they called me the day before to reconfirm, and again this morning to let me know they were on the way. The unit is on the 3rd floor, which wasnt a problem for them. I told them I wasnt sure if I needed to have the carpets stretched, they brought the stretching equipment, but explained that the carpet was ok, and I didnt need to spend the extra to stretch it. They vacuumed everything very well first before cleaning. The cleaning machine did a great job and didnt drench the carpet or pad. They got the pinkish-red stains out. Carpet dried quickly, looks and smells great. They even cleaned the 1964 green astroturf on the balcony. I Never expected it to look ok. They got out years of grime, now it looks as good as green astroturf can. I Highly recommend these guys!

Efficient, professional and friendly. We needed our carpets cleaned before we introduced a new puppy to our household. Great from the minute I called to ok set up the appointment with Monique. She was able to schedule our cleaning within a short turn around. We received a confirmation call from her two days before the appointment. The service men, Hayden and Ben arrived right on time and explained the process before they proceeded. The job took less time than we’d expected and our carpets looked and smelled like new. They even left a goody bag with us!

I feel like Safe N Soft Carpet Cleaning performed a miracle today. Our carpet is old and smelly, and they brought it back to life. The smell is gone, the pile is healthier looking than before, and they did it all with excellent communication, friendly and on-time service. Safe N Soft performed a move in carpet clean of our home before we moved in. They were extremely responsive and very easy to work with given our many time constraints e.g. closing day, posting day, movers arrival time. They were able to get the entire homes carpet cleaned and dried with in hours or when the home sale posted and we got the keys and have it dried before movers arrived. They worked until 930pm to get this job done! I cant say how much this was appreciated during the stressful time of moving. Highly recommend!

I was preparing for a larger gathering and desperately needed my couch cleaned (two dogs use it as their personal bed) and two rooms worth of carpets. Im pretty sure I was running around like a crazy lady in my bathrobe (not proud to admit that) while they were here. It didnt matter to them at all, and both Maddy and Matt did the job efficiently with the upmost quality, all while chatting with me. They both treated me with respect even in my frazzled state. The best part is that everything look AMAZING when they were done and dried faster than they said it would.The icing on the cake, almost literally, were the goodies they gave me before leaving which were a tasty rice crispy treat, swag, and a bottle of spot treatment solution. Plus I discovered they can deep clean my wood floors and tile too!I cant say enough or thank them enough!

Which is greatly appreciated as I met him on my lunch hour. They took all the time they needed and did not cut any corners.
