I took my 1982 Lincoln Mark VI with 49000 mi. in and had the headliner redone. They did a wonderful job. SEE THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICS. Larry was especially helpful.

My auto insurance company allowed me to choose where I went to replace my windshield. I went here based on a referral and was not disappointed. The gentleman who assisted me, who I believe was the manager and was named Mike, was exceptionally informative with a 100% no-nonsense approach. Went there to get three cracks in my windshield fixed. Saw the good reviews and it was close so I thought why not! Really glad I did, had the best experience possible! I usually don’t post reviews, but the way I was treated and how nice everyone was and how helpful, I just had to. I found out they do a lot more and they gave me a range of prices and different kinds of light installations they could do. Haven’t seen better prices and the people know what they are doing. Highly recommend.

I have been to this auto glass place a few times and they have always done Exquisite work. This time I had to replace the in my 65 Chevy Bel Air. Was told that they will fix a chip that is smaller than the size of a dollar bill. Went in with a chip that was much smaller and was told I can give you the price a new windshield. Extremely unprofessional, no customer service at all. Staff member working was just overall rude and not pleasant at all to work with. Could have been handled in a more professional way than that. I would not go back.

These guys are great!! I work close to them so they gave me a ride to work and had the windshield chip repaired by my lunch hour.

They did an excellent and speedy job of installing this radio that works with my android. They also installed a back up cam, and Im loving it. I would definitely encourage people to go there.

Got right on my Wrangler with my appointment unlike other places that had me waiting even with an appointment. Very helpful staff that gave me thorough answers to my questions.... I usually dont write reviews but I was so happy with their business I have to. I took my car to get headlights installed (I bought my own, just needed someone to put them in). At first I took my car in to get an estimate on the installation. Then came back next week to put them in. Theyre super well priced, very friendly, and professional. The whole process didnt take long either. If I need anything else done, I will be coming back to this place!

They are honest and trustworthy people. Their prices are well within reason. I have talked to Mike about things I want done to my truck and he always steers me in the right direction. He does not try to sell me things that I dont need. When something I want done is very costly, Mike tries to help me find the less expensive alternative and then lets me decide which one I want to go with. I purchased a tunnel cover from Auto One. I had a chip on my windshield and I found this place close to home. I dropped in on a Saturday and it only took about half an hour to repair. The people are very polite and respectful. I will be definitely use them in the future for repairs or accessories.

We have brought our Chevy Silverado to Larry, Mike and the guys for multiple things. The first thing we had done was have a leak fixed. We thought it was the rear window but after Mike took a look, it was actually a leaky brake light on the cab. We were prepared to have the window replaced and were extremely happy it was something much easier and cheaper. Other places may have taken advantage and charged us for the more expensive fix, but not Mike.We have returned to Auto One multiple times because we feel comfortable with all of the guys there. When I am in the market for items to make my truck look awesome, I go see these guys. They have never tried to sell me stuff that I dont need nor have they tried to convince me to purchase more expensive items if the less expensive one is just as good.Their quality of work is amazing. Went there spent over $45 to fix crack in my vehicle window. But the next day the crack was back.

Service was excellent. All of the gentleman were nice and very helpful. They were fast and within good price. I went for a passenger window and they accidentally scratched my tint when fixing it, but guess what they are re-tinting it free of charge! As a women going alone to get my car fixed I’m very pleased!

If i could give them 0 stars I would. I bought my truck from Gordon Chevrolet and they contracted work out to this company for my bed liner to be redone. I have a work order from Gordon that says they are to REMOVE and REPLACE the bed liner. Instead the just resprayed over the faulty liner. My bed liner is now half way peeled off because it was not put on properly. I took it to them to have them look at it and the owner came out, took pictures, my contact information and told me he would let me know if there was anything they could do. Did I ever receive a call back to even let me know they couldnt help? NOPE. Took it to line-x to get a quote yesterday and even they were surprised at how terrible the peeling was. Thank god they felt so bad theyre giving me a discount to have it removed and replaced just like it should have been originally. I would never recommend this place for bed liner ever!

I had them put a android radio, fender flairs, fog lights, new grille and new headlights on my truck. They did an amazing job! The cut the diffuser so the fog lights sit flush in it and my headlights are exstreme bright LEDs now.

Had my windshield completely smashed by something (Im not sure to be honest it happened so fast) that fell off the back of a truck. Happened on a Friday around 12:30pm (on my way to lunch). Filed my claim online through progressive and set up an appointment for a.s.a.p through safelite (Monday afternoon). Mind you my windshield is destroyed, Im in garden city and live in highland. A friend of mine suggesting calling here, made the call they said bring it in they will take care of everything with insurance. By 4pm I received a call letting me know my car was ready. They even cleaned the glass shards from on the dashboard and in the interior. Excellent customer service, quick and guaranteed for remainder of time I own the car. Definitely recommend, great job Auto One.

I called Auto One in Garden City on Wednesday afternoon to schedule an appointment. Larry said I could come right away. However, I set an appointment for the next morning around 11:00, and Michael checked me in. I figured Id get my car back the next day, but nope, it was ready that same day, around 2:30. They did an awesome job, did it quickly and the guys are so very friendly and polite. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing glass replacement.

Wonderful experience! My windshield was too damaged to repair, so we had to replace it. They made it easy to work with my insurance to make a claim and when it was all said and done was only $25 out of pocket. They worked quickly and even drove me home while it was being worked on and picked me up after! So sweet. Larry was wonderful

I had a crack down my windshield and I called to get a quote and it was the best price around. Over the phone, they were extremely nice and in person was even better. They told me it was gonna be 2 to 3 hours to finish the job and offered to give me a ride home so Im not sitting there waiting, then they called me and picked me up to go get my car. It was fast, efficient, and way cheaper than other places. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!
