Sometimes it takes good timing to get in and since it wasnt anything major, you prioritized my visit. You really made the place nicer and comfortable so I waited. Out within an hour! My father was doing me a favor today while I was at work and took my vehicle to get an oil change and tire rotation and chose to come here because he had been taking his vehicles here for years under other ownership. The total my father paid was $138.09 for an oil change and tire rotation. The parts for the oil change were $54.80 and according to them to rotate tires it was $80..... yes $80 to rotate tires. He was not told how much anything would cost prior to them taking the vehicle back. Which almost every place I’ve ever taken my vehicle to tells me upfront what it Will cost and make sure that I’m OK with paying that cost before they work on my vehicle. Well under these new owners they don’t. I called and asked about this and the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude and said that they have signs posted. According to my father there are no signs posted in there whether this is true I’m not sure because I was not physically there, however, he should’ve been told the cost of the services from jump. My father is an older gentleman and a trusting gentleman and unfortunately today he felt like he was screwed up the butt and it didn’t feel good. Because if you take your vehicle here because they are under new ownership and they will work on your vehicle without telling you what it’s going to cost and screw you in the end. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody I just wish it would go back to the original owners Darren and Billy because they were the best and they were honest and didn’t screw over their customer base!
