Just a warning that this group dont use integrity and will try to manipulate younger customers. Sent my daughter for an oil change and tire rotation and she was charged $132 for a 2020 Civic. After questioning Lilly Marsh who has a major attitude problem I find out they told her she needed a wheel balance service that was $53. Needless to say the car only has 10,000 miles on it. But they took advantage of my daughter b/c she didnt know better then got mad when I called her out on it. Nevertheless we will be using Southern Motors from here on out. Customer service is important to me and they have none. So hope they enjoyed the extra $53 b/c it was worth loosing a customer. Be careful!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place does not do what’s right or own up to there mistakes. I paid almost $700 to get my harmonic seal replaced and fixed only for them not to complete or guarantee service. If I could give this place a zero stars it would be just that. Previous I went to get a oil change only for the oil to not be put in the f**** car. I was so livid and to think they was that was concern they wasn’t all they know how to do is point the finger

I am beyond disappointed in the service provided by Grainger. Initially I took my car to get brakes and rotors (front and back). I was told it would be $240 each end. Ok cool, but then I got a call from the rep, saying oh you are going to need brakes and rotors like for real. I said ok thats what I said to you. Thats the reason I brought it to you. He said yes but its going to cost a little bit more than I told you. The price went from $511 to $720. I then said what changed from me needing breaks and rotors then to now? He said the price I told you was for resurfacing not changing I said I asked for new brakes and rotors not resurfacing. So that was a lie . Just let me know when my car is ready. He later called to say my car was ready and will now cost $835. I got there already upset because I felt cheated. So I drove off, as Im riding down Chatham parkway, I noticed I had to press the brakes to the floor. I called the rep to tell him this. He said that means you have to flush your brake line. I said they dont do that when servicing brakes? He said no thats an additional fee. I said this is dangerous. He said Im sorry. I am beyond upset. And disappointed. Needless to say I/we will NEVER take our cars there again.

Nice service rep! Got my truck done and he took the time to chat with me for a while when I picked it up. Very fair prices on repairs. I trust the folks here at Grainger to do a good job.

Thank you Chaz for providing yet again another excellent customer service experience. It is becoming dangerous to talk to you as the last two conversation resulted in me buying a car from Grainger Honda. I now have two cars from this location. In all honesty, it is because Chaz provided excellent post sales customer service. The entire staff in general is very helpful and professional. I would recommend anyone to get their next car from here. And if you are looking for excellent customer service, go see Chaz.

Steve Morgan provide excellent customer service during my recent visit. I had to get my oil changed and i was in and out! They offer popcorn, hotdogs, and something to drink while I waited. I just love how professional they are, he even washed my car afterwards! Best dealership ever ♥️

Well, they wont let me write another review on line, So I will post this one on service. And the lies continue. We had a 2008 Honda CRV we traded in . And ask the salesman to take them out. And He said sure will. We got a phone call back after two weeks, And were told. They Got Lost Wow. Really... This place is not were anyone should buy a new car. Again I have to give them one star to post. I would really like to give them -- 0.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation and left with a tire almost flat. I barely made it home. The service advisor told me it just looks like that when he handed me the key to leave.

I wasted 3 hrs of my life every time I come here. No matter what needs done to the vehicle, be it a simple oil change or routine service. The time spent waiting on your vehicle is ridiculous. Best bet is to drop it off and pick it back up later. They do really good work, and the customer service is exceptional but if your slow as a snail performing it, it doesnt really matter how well your treated. Definitely research what you can buy and do yourself, as far as filters, wipers, ect. because they charge twice as much as an auto store.If it wasnt for wanting to keep up the value of my car from a certified Honda Dealer/service center I would recommend going to a service center which works in a timely manner and doesnt charge an arm and a leg

Took the wifes car in for an oil change & tyre rotation. Waited 2 hours-the wife asked what was happening, and was told the drain plug was stripped-last service was done here, so the mechanic had stripped it then. Waited another hour & was told it was finished.I asked the guy if the tyres had been rotated-he said yes. I checked them and they hadnt. They hadnt put the special wheel key back either.These things happen-but communicate with the customer, and certainly dont lie to them!Now furious and hungry, and still got to return later so they can fit the correct part to the car when it comes in..This is the second time that they have screwed our service up-and weve only been here twice!!
