Boise Fire and Flood performed an excellent service. Even beyond any insurance work required. I also contracted them to perform additional work other than the water damage and that work was great. They listened to any work concerns I had and were willing to correct and perform the work to my satisfaction. The Boise work crew was friendly and courteous. IFFR was very thorough and and responsive in the mitigation and restoration of the water damage to our home. The employees were very courteous and helpful. Although it took longer than anticipated IFFR focused on detail to make it right which we very much appreciated. They interacted directly with our homeowners insurance company and provided them with all of the damage and repair information. Overall IFFA did a tremendous job in the damage cleanup and repairs. We definitely would recommend them
