I am a new airsoft player, I have played paintball for the last 15 years and didn’t know if the experience would live up to my expectations. Let me tell you, it did. They have staff that is amazing and friendly, the players were very helpful as well. I am very technical when it comes to my gear but that transition has been hard, the guys in the rental booth helped me and my son get up to speed, and to know which direction to go when it comes to gear, internals, ect. We will be back this weekend!!! Also only 30 minutes from north sac, this place is a win!!!
I truly enjoy this field. The staff is knowledgeable and cares about the experience of all the players who step foot on the grounds. My only suggestion is have shade on the field. Summer sun is brutal and the whole place is outdoors.
SO MUCH FUN!!!!!....What a blast!! If you havent tried this, your missing a unique, all American party anyone can play! I brought my sons to play and now they want to move there lol 😆

Staff is good, options for refreshments, good rentals, cool shop, sometimes there is a food truck. field is fairly balanced although the far side of the field would do better with a little extra cover. I noticed both times i went there players upset if they had to play on that side, it also faces the setting sun which is a disadvantage.Biggest issue: Field is small and some players were using guns that are rated for over 100feet at too close of ranges... One took a decent chunk of skin out from my stomach, through two layers of fabric.IMO the staff should get rid of high FPS guns, there is no real room for long range stuff, tempts people to take close shots and hurt people. One guy had a sniper and was doing CQB, person drew a little blood from it.
Place is great! Friendly staff and a pretty sweet store. Will be going back 100%.
Best outdoor field and on field pro shop in Northern California
All patriot airsoft is great, outdoors, knowledgeable, the field is expanding after some bad storms. If youre super tall it might be hard to find some cover. But the refs are fairly on top of people not calling hits. All in all a great place to airsoft!

Had an awesome day out at ALL PATRIOT AIRSOFT. I had called before and spoke with Casey who provided me all the details and pricing for my group for a Bachelor Party. Once we got to ALL PATRIOT AIRSOFT on Saturday, the staff were helpful and I got to meet the owners. All were friendly and very passionate about Airsoft and the field. We ended up having a great day. One brother in law purchased his own equipment and the other is going to. This is going to be the BIL new monthly hobby.
Stationed in California and getting back into the sport. So tried out this place because I prefer outdoor places to indoor airsoft.Good Staff and the people coming out to play are usually pretty good people. Saturday is more consistently busy than Sunday.On site shop that has decent stock of what you would need. Not a big on site store, theyre currently working on a bigger store.All kinds of ages and varying skill level people come out to play. Definitely recommend for anyone. Even if you dont have your own stuff yet they do have rentals.

-Posting this review on January 11 2021, during COVID-COVID related if this is what youre wondering -> Ill start off with how this field is handling games while following COVID safety guidelines, and honestly there is very little effort in areas where it could be. I understand the risks were all taking just being out here aha but there are plenty of times I dont feel very comfortable with how the players and staff had much disregard for the small things. A lot of disregard for distancing mostly during nongame time (staging area, briefing, reception) on top of no masks; players and staff. If youre takin the risk to come out but also want to take precautions, Id steer away from playing for now. Only reason I knock it down a star, cause it would be beneficial to have basic safety protocols during these times and still cultivate a rich airsoft environment even during hard times. Though! if this isnt a problem for you, lets get into the actual field environment.Staff personalities are fantastic. The rules are simple and reiterated often to make sure everyones on the same page, a lot airsoft player v player incidents are settled simply with the rules. Staff do their best to enforce these and call out players if noticed or brought to their attention. They do their best as well to maintain a structure with briefings and constant communication.As for the players that frequent this field, I would say there is rarely ever situations of toxic players. Most of the toxic players get singled out by the sea of positive players and they either read the room or leave. All types of players are welcomed from milsim to speedsofters! I have yet to see any incident between the aforementioned player types.Playing environment is great as well, whether you prefer a certain playstyle and/or environment, the field accommodates most styles. If you prefer a little CQB, there are two buildings, which are often contested, offer CQB which also holds a meaningful impact if you choose to play for these buildings. If longer range engagements your thing, theres plenty of space and areas for you to thrive in as well. Got a fancy special gun that some fields might either give you a outright no because its too bougie for them, APA accommodates. Theyll give you special engagement rules so that you are allowed to use your fancy weaponry and do that weaponry justice for its purpose. From newcomers and different ages, Id say its a great place to start and youll get a taste of everything. The players too Ive noticed are very welcoming of new players and help each other out. No airsoft elitism here!Admission fees is also amazing, for the scope of the field and length of a full day pass, its completely worth it compared to other fields.If I had to make any complaints, itd probably just be having a bathroom facility that isnt one portapotty getting annihilated by numerous people but this isnt really a complaint to the facility. There are facilities (I think) just a bit down the street with other food locations near the gasstops which also means places to eat that are closeby! Youll probably find a bathroom there.
A fun way to spend an evening. Had people taking videos and pictures for thier instagram. Make you calibrate your guns and are very friendly.

Eh, most of the game modes are boring. I personally enjoy the more serious ops. That said, the price is right, the refs are cool, and 8 out of 10 people call their hits. Beats the pants off cqbcity.
A little pricy but great staff and good field
Meh. They do ref checking here, which is fine, but they arent realistic when doing it. Shooting someone from 150-200 feet from behind when theyre at the farthest barrier back and then chiding them because they didnt feel the hit is a bit much. I do applaud them for making the effort just apply some more common sense in the application. Overall a decent place to play.
Cool field, some places to snipe, some places to get cqb. More cqb than anything. Staff are fair and listen to feedback. Lots of cool props like cars and things to hide behind. A lot of the field looks the same And can look kind of boring since almost everything looks like plywood, not a big deal though. Still a fun field with a shop/tech on sight in case you need anything.

It is a good airsoft field. Lots of improvements made. Challenging course/terrain and a strong base of regular customers. This is a good place to start if you are interested in the sport or are a seasoned player.
By far the best field i have been to. definitely will go again. Friendly staff and cheap prices.
Excellent course, staff is great, and they sell airsoft gear on site. Only reason for the missing star is to motivate the staff to be even more vigilant about x-ing cheaters and thieves. One thief was booted out while I was there, but I have never seen people so blatantly cheating (many confirmed hits not called) on another course. To any cheaters reading this, you make this sport not as fun and dont let me catch you in a building. Selector switch might just accidentally go full auto to make sure you feel the hit.

Some game modes were very bad and very unfair, more cqb style than field/forest type. But other than that, great field, helpful staff, the shop is a very good addition to it, yea.
Refs and Larry (owner of store) are complete cheaters. My team and I have witnesses. Refs (on the ref tower spectating) were shooting us. Tons of cheaters there too. Larry is a hypocrite. Literally yelled at everybody to NOT cheat but my team and i will him, HE WILL FLINCH and won’t call his hits. Hate this field.
I will never go back to this field Ive been here probably 100 times and never had issues until the new refs started working they are on a team thats regulars there and they make sure they win. Ref was shooting at our team from ref tower (even tho we were getting spawn killed already ). A ref shot me point blank in the stomach made me bleed through a combat shirt and a regular shirt, so I asked the manager there if the ref cronnoed and he just said (I dont know) like it was no big deal btw he was using a polarstar which was shooting way to hot. The shop owner there (also on there team) didnt like how the first game we destroyed them so he made up saying that everyone was saying were cheating and that if he hears someone else say it then we get banned for the day. 3ven though we have it on Camara that we played fair. At the end of the day dont go to this field and waist your money go to gamepod combat zone or stockton cqb
Usually go there, very fun to play Airsoft, hang out with friends, and provides very good experience for new players for the mix of types of players like snipers, and others. Staff is also nice

How are there so many good reviews? I’ve been playing airsoft for 12 years in many different states and countries and I guess if you have absolutely nothing to compare it to it’s a half decent place to play. But come on people! The layout is uninspired and boring. It’s just a mess. The field staff is great, top of their class. The store staff is great.The players are just pothead thugs and weekender kids. This isn’t an Airsoft Field, it’s a game field where they play something like airsoft but mainly it’s just a place to pay for punishment. The games are unorganized and nobody knows what is going on and the objectives are lost in the messy field setup. The disorganized referees allows for people to abuse not calling hits, not seeing engagement distances, and they are easily distracted by anybody around their tower. I was accused of not calling my hits in the first round of my first time here and I really wish I was given the benefit of the doubt, but I wasn’t. I really wish I was spoken to with respect, but I wasn’t. I really wish I was listened to and not yelled at as if I was intentionally being a numbskull; but I wasn’t. As a first timer to the field, I was strung up and made an example falsely without any chance to state my side of the situation. This can happen to you very easily, the old guy that did this to me plays here every weekend and is a veteran or cop or something.Not only will I never return, but I will deflect any and all that mention thinking of coming here. I don’t care if a former or current CHP or whatever runs the show, they should do better by serving the paying customers and create a team dynamic like a real airsoft field.Find another field until this one makes serious changes with their definitions of respect and integrity.Good luck.Update: I guess I never learn. This time it’s my fault for returning. Just don’t go here. Anything nice I said about the staff, I recant completely. Parents, think twice before dropping off your kids at Ukau’s. At least ask questions about who is qualified to help your child if they get injured. This place is literally a marginally supervised junkyard where you pay to get eaten by mosquitos and shot by unregulated equipment.

Another good place to play airsoft, never did outdoor yet...
For my first time playing airsoft, I had a really fun time at Ukau. They have friendly staff members, who helped me with the basics of my gun and how to play. The Admission fee is $20 and renting is $25, which includes a gun, two magazine clips, and BBs.They have various game modes as well. Lunch break is at 12 and ends at 1, so be sure to not only bring lots of water, but also snacks and preferably lunch too. I met some awesome people there as well! So go check Ukau Airsoft Field. I will definitely come again.
