Thomas and crew were on top of it, texted me the night before to confirm and were right on time the next day. Quick set up and take down too. Clean bouncy, kids had a blast, and website makes it so easy to order online. Don’t forget to put the site# if you are at a park, these poor guys had to drive all over Elk Grove park searching for the next set up and they ended up right across the way from us!

We rented a bouncer from BounceAholics on a Tuesday for my twins 7th Birthday. It was clean, well-maintained, and super fun. The BounceAholics Team were very communicative, friendly, and kind. We had a great experience with this company. My son loved the bounce house with the double slides. The drop off was early at 8am which my son played in there from when they dropped off until they picked up at 6pm. They were very professional and nice.

Awesome family run company! You will not regret giving them your business. Their equipment is in excellent condition and is kept very clean. They brought our order an hour earlier than the scheduled time so it was up and running when we needed it. They showed up on time and prepared. Setup was quick and to the point. They also had the best prices we could find in the area.

Their communication was great with a confirmation email and a text the day before the event confirming time and amount due which was a helpful reminder. They were prompt with their set up and take down . The double waterslide bounce house was clean and kids had a blast!

Would recommend bounceaholics to anyone! Set up was fast and timely, as well as pick-up. We had the castle with attached slide, dry only, and it held up wonderfully with all the kids. The owner had to jump through hoops to get certified by the City, but they did it within plenty of time of our event. Staff was very kind and thorough every step of the way.

Friendly on time and very professional, my smaller cousins and niece and nephews had a blast and enjoy the bounceaholics jump house and slides. The staff was on time very friendly and helpful, I had a last minute booking but it was no hassle and the booking process was stress free and easy. The experience was great and it helped with watching the little ones, I had lots of compliments from my family it made the get together more fun for the kids and it made the atmosphere enjoyable watching the kids play .
