I have been taking my lawn mower/edger to Jades Mower Shop for several years. This is the second time Frankie has taken care of my equipment. I brought the mower/edger into his shop on a Monday and he had it ready for me by Friday. He made sure everything was working properly and he charged me a reasonable price. I will continue to use him in the future. I am very happy with his service!

Good dudes in there, has a decent amount of parts on the shelf also. Always fixes up my machines whatever they need.

Did a great job repairing my chain saw that sat in my garage for 5 years. Runs great.

Dropped off chainsaw for repair, was told an estimate so I asked should it go over the estimate to call me. They did give me a call to advise me of corrected total and asked if they should proceed and I said yes since it wasnt that much more. They also informed me as to when it would be ready. Today received a call saying it was ready for pickup. Was repaired within an appropriate time frame.Joe

I would not have Jades shop service my machines in the future. I had them pick up 3 of my machines, two for tuneups, one for repair. Unfortunately, I had not read the reviews before they picked up my machines, otherwise I would not have dealt with them. If you do decide to go with them in spite of the reviews, be sure to tell them beforehand that if anything outside of the prescribed work appears upon their inspection to at the very least give you a call to ascertain whether or not you want to pay extra to have the work done. Also, when you get your machine back and BEFORE you put it to work, CHECK THE OIL LEVEL!

Be very wary when bringing your tools here. Its hard to tell if they are trying to pull one over on their customers or are just incompetent. I brought a chainsaw for repair. It wouldnt start. Had issues shortly after. After bringing it back they charged once again. I wont bring my tools back here for servicing.

Hard to get a hold of doesnt answer the phone when you call.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Ijust payed them 200 to service my lawnmower and now its got oil everywhere and wont start. I asked him to come look at it because its broke down in my yard and wont start and there is oil everywhere. He didnt tighten something down and wont even come look at it. He says I have to pay him to come back out even though he ruined my lawnmower! Worst company i have ever done business with! Jade sold the shop and these guys have no business working on equipment. They couldnt even get the blades to cut even. The new owner says i dont know. So i said i guess i need to take it to another company so they can do it right he said i guess so. Im getting my lawer involved now! Do not go hear go anywhere else you have been warned. They do not stand behind there work. He brought it back completely smoking and not running right and it just needed a tune up. The first time he brought it back it was spuing gas everywhere and he had to take it back and fix it again. They never even looked it over!
