Excellent service and product knowledge. A real value for folks who need their phone repaired. Changed out my battery with factory Apple equipment. Works like it is new again. Would highly recommend CPR over anyone else in the area

Love this place!! Excellent customer service and the young man who works there is very knowledgeable about phones and their products. They placed a glass screen protector on my phone about a year ago and I just had it removed and had a clear liquid coating applied that is supposed to prevent scratches and breakage of the screen itself. It looks great and I am very happy with it.

I left a Chromebook with a charger to get the audio fixed. After two weeks I called them to check on things and it took me several attempts to reach them. The audio was not fixed and so they gave me my chromebook back and kept insisting I had not left a charger. After practically calling me a liar, which I did tell them to check their cameras, they tried to give me a charger that was not the original one I had left with them. I had to go back several times until they finally set me up with a similar charger but not the original one since they lost it. If you do go here have them give you a copy of proof of what you are leaving them. So dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend to anyone.

I cannot express how much I appreciate the help at CPR. I came in because my home button wasn’t working. I had went to another cell phone repair company before for my cracked screen, and ended up with my home button not working at all, and the woman claiming “a screw fell out of the home button.” The worker at CPR (I wish I could have gotten his name to give him a proper thank you) took a look at it and told me the other company gave me a bad screen, and that’s why it wasn’t working. Not only did he spend a lot of time helping me figure out the problem, but he fixed it, and was even kind enough to give me a discount for the service. Again, I wish I had his name to give him a huge shoutout, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had getting my phone fixed, and I’m definitely going to keep coming for business there. Great customer service, quality, and the price is totally worth it.

Long story short and it is a LONG Story: G-daughter dropped G-Sons Laptop. Broke it in late 2018. Took it to Geek Squad at Best Buys, Laguna. Said to fix would cost more then buying new one. (Barley looked at it). So we ended up buying G-son a new laptop. But not as nice. Paid $370. I had Mixed feeling to take to CPR at the Time, as it had JUST opened. Months later, current(Sept)... I decided..., why not, wont hurt to take to CPR. Jason at CPR checked it out, the gal next to him confirmed remedy and was able to fix for just a bit over $100. Which included the diagnosis fee. I am very pleased with CPR as well as their Customer Service. Jason and 2 others, sorry didnt get their names were very kind and helpful, said if we have any questions or concerns to let them know.Unfortunately I I have zero Stars for Geek Squad. But I guess on a positive note..., I now have a lap top for my 3rd grade G- daughter.Thank You CPR.

When my cell phone screen shattered/cracked I was devastated. My contract was almost up and I did not want a new phone. So I decided to check and see how much getting a new screen would cost vs the cost of a new phone. Thats when I found CPR. Having my screen replaced was far cheaper than buying a new phone. So glad I took the time to investigate. After getting a quote online in just minutes I called CPR the next day with a few additional questions. Now I have a new screen and I am sooo happy. You would never know, its brand new. And for a fraction of what a brand new phone would have cost. So glad I found this place. Next time I have a problem I will go straight there.

I am a firm believer that good customer service is the foundation of any good business. I was disappointed to receive not only poor workmanship, but also poor customer service from CPR Cell Phone Repair in Galt. When I brought in my IPad Air with a cracked screen in on May 5th, 2020, I was told they had to order a new screen, which should take approximately one week to be delivered and roughly 4 hours to install. Andre who assisted me told me that they would call when the part was in. I paid half the total ($132.45 -which included a partial payment for a new screen protector as well) After almost 3 weeks of no contact, I called CPR to inquire if the screen was in. There was no answer when I called, so I left a message. I received a text message in response saying that the part had been in the shop and that I could drop it off that day. I was told that Andre would be working a half day and so I went to the store when it was supposed to open at 10. The store was closed, so I waited about 15 minutes then texted the store back to ask when someone would be there to help me. I received a text response about an hour later saying that the shop would be open at 1 pm. Unfortunately, I was unable to go back that day. I received a voicemail from Andre around 1 pm that day saying that the shop had been trying to get a hold of me from time to time and that they had never gotten a response back. When I looked back on my call logs and voicemails, I had not received any calls or message from them. A few days later, I had my daughter drop off my iPad and was able to pick it up about 5 hours later. The first things I noticed were that the screen protector was already cracked and the Touch ID no longer worked. The next day, I noticed light coming out from underneath the bottom of the screen indicating there was no seal between the screen and the frame. When I called to talk to the owner about this, he informed me for the first time that losing the Touch ID function was a known risk of having screen replacement done at a non-Apple authorized repair place. I was not told this in the beginning, nor did I sign anything that could have indicated this. He also said that a new screen protector had been ordered and that sometimes the bonding material to put the new screen on didnt always seal correctly the first time. Ben, the store owner, offered to refund me half of the cost of labor and the cost of a screen protector (approximately approximately $90 of the $265 that I had already paid) or give me a full refund as long as he could get the new screen back and put my old one back on. I told him that I was going to look into the cost of taking my IPad to an Apple authorized dealer to be evaluated and that I would call him back with my decision. A couple of days later, my home button stopped working completely. At this point, I decided to cut my losses and simply purchase a new IPad. At no point was there any apology or acknowledgement that the simple screen repair I was expecting would come at the cost of major functionality of my device. I am disappointed at the poor customer service I received, as well as the quality of the workmanship that was provided to me. In the future, I will choose to spend the extra money to take my Apple device repairs to an authorized technician where I know that I will receive a quality repair. I recommend that others do the same and avoid CPR Cell Phone Repair in Galt

Bought two cell phones for my parents and was told I had 6 months to decide if I wanted to keep them. Brought them back for a return (they did NOT work) and was told they didn’t do returns because “the manager is really stingy”. When I asked about my 6 month guarantee I was told that nothing like that existed but they had a one year warranty. So not only did I not get my money back I was essentially called a liar.
