This was my first experience with Spiker Carpet & Tile Care and it wont be my last! My experience today was outstanding and left me feeling like a happy and satisfied customer. Gary was my technician today and he was courteous from the start and provided me with a phone call prior to arriving for my appointment and arrived on time. He is very professional and took time to explain to me how he would clean my floor tile and addressed all my questions ahead of time. Gary was very knowledgeable and took great care of my laminate floor strip and was careful not to allow the machine to make contact with it. One week ago today Spiker Carpet Cleaning came to my house to clean my filthy carpets. After setting up all the equipment to start the process, Gary discovered the motor that runs the whole operation would not start. It was later discovered that mice had got in and damaged the wires over night. After finding out the problem at the repair shop, Gary called me to reschedule an appointment. Today was the day, one week later. Gary called me about 1/2 hour before arriving, and was here right on time.Gary is a knowledgeable, professional, and a likable young man. He did a beautiful job, my 17 year old carpets looks almost brand new. Due to the inconvenience a week earlier I was given a 25% discount off of the original quote. I called Spiker Carpet and Tile to clean the tile in the large kitchen/family room and foyer area in the house were about to move into. Spiker Carpet and Tile were great! Their technician called half an hour to let me know when hed be arriving, then proceeded to arrive at that exact time! Their technician (Im sorry, the name escapes me!) really took their time and in assessing and paid special attention to problem areas (unfortunately there were many). The finished product was more than I had hoped for. I highly recommend Spiker Carpet and Tile.

This was my first time hiring Spiker. I had 2 area rugs and my sectional couch cleaned. Scheduling an apppintment was effortless; I was added into the schedule within a timely manner...not weeks out like Ive experienced with other companies. Gary was professional and efficient. Im so pleased with how the area rugs turned out. After living with a big dog, they had seen better days, but now they look new again! Spiker tile and carpet is the real deal. The professionalism and cleanliness was like no other. The technician was knowledgeable and explained in detail, how to maintain my flooring throughout my home. My flooring looked and felt great after the work was preformed. Best carpet cleaning company in the valley. I paid 350.00 but it was worth it. Deep cleaning and a protector. Oh a two story house. The cleaner was professional and I even left him in my home while I walked to the mailbox. Prompt Professional with a clean up that is how I describe the man who cleaned my carpet. Had an urgent home carpet cleaning needed before the inlaws arrived. Spiker was here the next day and 10 minutes ahead of schedule.With their black light system, I was able to see that there were many more pet urine stains than I had originally thought.They were able to treat those areas and bring the entire upstairs carpet back to life.Pros.

Had my carpet cleaned today and am very pleased with the results. I waited three days to post a review because Im pretty picky and my carpetswere pretty bad. We recently got two dogs. Neither of them are potty trained completely. although we were extremely diligent about cleaning the spots as they happened, the smell was horrible. There were also a lot of high traffic areas that were discolored. We ordered the platinum package. I was gone when John finished, and when I got home 5 hours later, I couldnt really tell how clean the carpets were since they werent dry yet. I turned my heat to 78 and left it there all night. The next day, the carpets literally looked brand new. And the urine smell is completely gone! I am ecstatic with the job he did. I will definitely be using Spiker every time I get my carpets cleaned, which will be every 6 months. Thanks for taking such pride in the work you do. I really am very happy with the job!
