They do a great job! Local owned, replaced my monthly pass with no issues when I got a new windshield. Gets my car clean on a weekly basis and they always do a great job drying it.

Big sponge does as good as other places and prices are a little less and free vacuuming.

Usually have a great experience and staff is very friendly.Today around 1:30 I drove my pickup through the car wash, and at the end the girl that was drying only did my windows, no sides, nothing.When I asked her about it she said,‘ I only have to do windows’.I’ve been going here since you opened, and have always had the whole vehicle dried off.Not a great experience today.

Its fast, its easy, and cost is reasonable. The people drying the vehicles need a taller step stool

What I love about big sponge is that they hand dry your car at the end to remove any extra water that might leave spots. And they’re friendly too

Wet nice staff are this car was. They don’t speak much, but they’re very helpful when I comes to it. I come here every 2 weeks for a car wash. I highly recommend this place to any body that’s trying to have a pleasant time while washing their vehicles.

Cleaned my car well. Just a weird system with no signs of how to proceed. You are supposed to just drive in and tell the girl what you want but by that time you are already in the line to go in. You cant back up and change your mind. They need more signs!

Always a clean car when I leave! Thay hand wash the front and back. then you go through the car wash and then when youre done they hand dry the entire car.

The people working hear are always nice but my vehicle never gets dryed off all the way. They do not dress the tires and you have to vacume out your own car.

Best car wash in town, just be sure that if you pay cash for the more expensive wash, the kids arent pocketing the money and giving you the lower priced wash. Otherwise, customer service is excellent and the machine is great.
