They show me kindness, respectful, and understanding. They made it simple and friendly. I like to do my taxes there again next year.

Today as of 2/2/2021, is the first time going to Jackson Hewitt Taxes Services to file, I had a good experience with the person filing my Taxes, she quick and friendly. I tried to get help with a tax office in Albuquerque .. but the person wasnt very helpful an gave me a phone number to call .. passed me off to another..I had my daughter help me an she took me to Jackson Hewitt in Gallup NM an the lady there (Tina Charley) was extremely helpful ... She answered my questions an didnt try to push me off an send me else where. Tina Charley was very helpful an I greatly appreciate her time an patience she had fo me.

Very helpful workers and zero stress even when I come in on the last day for filing

The stay was Great.loved the view the room was very clean but the bathroom didnt close pet friendly was a little bit to much for a LITTLE dog Other then that i injoyed my stay and will be staying there again in the future....THANK YOU!!

This is my 3rd year and I like goin their because its good service. Theemployees are nice and answer questions that I may have..wait time is not too bad also!
