We bought our knifes at the Las Cruces Wine Festival back in May 2015 from Jason Jeffrey the Las Cruces rep for Cutco. One of the things we liked about the knifes was we were told by Jason that he would come by and sharpen them for us if we needed.Six months later and one of our knifes that we used regularly needs to be sharpened. I have tried to reach out to Jason and he told me he would not be able to come by as he was going to be away for a while. He referred us to the El Paso Rep and we have heard nothing from the rep in El Paso, Texas either. I have since sent another email to find out when Jason would be back to sharpen our knifes and no response. He is quick to sell the knifes but not follow up with after sales support. Funny thing was we were also going to buy more knifes from him, but not now. Lesson learned, you need to take care of your customers.
