Best nail spot in town. Took my old nails off and did an amazing job on my new set.Will be back for a pedi.

The acrylic base is good but the Polish that I had done was seeping around in to my nail Cuticle areathe and didnt look very clean even asked him to be fixed they attempted it and it still looks not nice design looks good but the Polish around my nails and all my hand is not very nice and when I called explain to explain to a Hanna one on the owners is what I understand she is start laughing when I try explain to her what I didnt like my nails so of course I dont want to be back in there to get my nails fix .and big kicker I work next door.

I was over charged for what i got done. My tip has a big gap from original nail. I got French tip on my toes, and white dip on my nails and was charged $113. I’ve had more detail done on my nails and more expensive pedicure and never paid this much before. The gap between my nails is so big that i constantly have to clean it out, and then there is lumps on my nails as well.

Been going here for almost two years and it’s just one girl there that does a terrible job. It’s to the point where I’m considering not going back. Every time she used the drill you leave with bleeding fingers, peeling skin around the nail, and crooked fingernails. When asked to fix it she rolls her eyes. When you jump back because she’s just laid into your finger with the file or the drill, she rolls her eyes. Beware of the girl with the hand tattoo. Paid $50 for crooked nails, and bleeding peeled fingers...

I usually use a salon in Hendersonville for my gel nails. When they do them they last at least 2-3 weeks. I have never had s problem!! Then I decided to try desire nails as they were much more convenient. The first time the polish peeled off after 4 days. I went back, gave them another chance. He drilled my natural nail and told me it would make the polish last longer. Every single nail broke within 3 days after having that done. I went back and asked if they would please repair the paint. They did but charged me! I couldn’t believe it! I will never go back. I do not recommend this nail salon!

Was kind of disappointed I asked her to put on my shoes before she painted my nails she painted my nails and then went to help another customer and I was just sitting there for about 10 minutes and tried to put my shoes on and when I got up she said oh sorry sorry I forgot

I have been going to Desire for almost 4 years. I have always had wonderful service. I get my nails done, pedicures, and eyebrow waxing. If I have an issue, they correct it. I have been very satisfied with everyone there. I highly recommend.

I would not give any stars DO NOT USE This place my nails look a mess it took forever and they would not do what I asked. I couldn’t leave since they were almost done after 2 hours of working in my nails. Ridiculous, first time I was here and definitely will not be backI have nails that do not match and my daughters nails started popping off after an hour. So thin they are breaking

I went here with my Daughter and granddaughter and was charged 150 for all 3 of us and before I left my daughter asked about diamonds on 1 finger and i asked before I left if 45.00 dollars was going to cover her nails with the diamonds and the lady in the first booth on the right tld me 40 for her nails and 5 for the diamond and I sad so 45 dollars all together she said yes and before my daughter left she was made to pay 5 more dollars I called and they was not having it wont return on top of that my nails dont look the best . none of them do

Katie is the best! Every time I’ve had acrylics, they’ve always popped off within the first two weeks. Since I’ve been going here and she’s been doing them, I haven’t had a SINGLE nail pop off of break. Not to mention, she’s a perfectionist, so my nails always look amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough!

My daughter had a pedicure w/ French nail polish. The young man did the most amazing job. The lines were perfect. We couldnt get over how straight they were. Definitely going back

I went for the first time a week ago. My nails were too long, my thumb nail was sideways. I was under the impression I was going to be paying 28 dollars because that’s what the website said well I wasn’t even told how much it was until after she grabbed my card and ran it. I went back the next day to have my nails fixed and now they are still to long they are lumpy. My cuticles were bleeding the first day. I had a terrible experience. I will not go back and would advise you to not go either.

Not enough SNS nail color choices, I was knicked 3 times and a cut finger from the file😑. I pointed this out to the tech and nothing was done and laughed it off. I will not be back. Never had a cut from getting nails done before

I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. I’m not someone who is hard to please but the way the lady left my nails and think they look nice is absolute joke. The gel polish cured past my nail beds, a chunk on my middle finger under the nail, splotchy and 3 hangnails from a poor manicure. I also got a pedicure. Again polish is horrible and she cut me with the nail kippers. My nails are the blush gel polish. It’s honestly embarrassing.

Very VERY rude! Ive tried so many times to get gel here thinking each time will be different and it never is. It will literally start peeling and lifting the next day. As soon as I take a shower, I feel my hair running under the polish. I went back and tried to have it fixed, they took walk ins before time and said they forgot I was there first. They proceeded to unevenly reapply the gel polish and it chipped right off again a few days later. Cheap polish. Rude service. The light bulbs are awful, which is what I think made the polish lift so easily. I tried to take mom here for Mothers Day and she was so disappointed and embarrassed of her crooked acrylics that she had to soak them off after 3 days. Not worth the money!!!

I use to absolutely adore this place. The last few times that I have been it has honestly smelled like urine. The staff has been completely rude. I mean I understand that people have a bad day, and working with the public is not an easy task. I do not recommend this place to anyone I have not been back since my last experience, and I will not go back. When I come in for a pedicure Im expecting to get what I pay for and leave at least a 10 dollar tip. The staff belittles customers and I hope they need to make some changes before it cost them the nail salon.

Ive been here twice and both times were horrible. I asked for stiletto shaped nails and got almond. The acrylic and pain do NOT cover my full nail,and they are all crooked. To make it worse they did the top coat over wet nails and spread glitter that was meant for a single nail all over my nails. Never coming here again..

I went in for a full set because my regular salon was closed. An older gentleman did my nails. He barely put the tip on my nail,after the acrylic was put on and dried I can feel tips moving. I ask for my nails a lil thicker than normal and they are super thin.I basically had to tell the tech wat to do and he still didnt listen. I believe this was my worst nail experience ever and I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Don’t get Danny... haven’t gotten my nails done in a while and was disappointed with my manicure and pedicure. Very sloppy and everything was rushed so he could get on his phone. The other manicurists seemed very competent and took their time and were kind to their clients. I guess this 1 star is for Danny.

Every one of the nail technicians know what theyre doing... literally EVERY ONE OF THEM! You can let ANY ONE OF THEM do a mani or pedi and you wont be disappointed - EVER!! They are all professional, courteous, and know what theyre doing!! Thier prices cant be beat, either!! They ARE the best - BAR NONE!!

They used to do a good job but I have caught them more than once price gauging . By that I mean I was noticing that the solar nails went from full set 45.00 to 60.00 in a matter of 3 weeks. Then the next time I came back for refill it jumped from 35.00 to 50.00 for fill in when I went to check out. That old man and Katie kept talking back and forth and laughing and they were laughing at the fact that they could charge whatever they wanted since they had already done people’s nails. Katie said don’t give price till after you are done then customer has to pay. So she was shocked when I turned around and told her that was illegal . A business has to have set prices. That would be like going to Kroger to buy milk and price says 2.86 cents then you go to pay for it and suddenly the price is 5.50 cents at register. That is messed up. I hope other people will start watching what they do. I will never go back there. I just felt the need to let people know what this place is about. They may do a fairly decent job but is that right to laugh and snicker in their language about what they are going to charge you and you have no idea it’s twice what the menu says. Well my friends they don’t know I can speak their language and understand perfectly well what they are saying about the customers. Katie even said to that ole man if customer complain about the job they do on your nails charge them 20.00 more for your trouble. While they are being so nice to you they are laughing because they know what they are going to do when you get to the cash register. So consider yourself warned. And FYI... I liked my nails being done there but after I heard 3 of them talking it made me mad and sick to my stomach so don’t let that smile and talk nice fool you. I would not have believed it myself except I heard it from those 3 workers mouths and I was floored. Disgusting and deceiving they are.

Have been using them for several years now. Hannah is great but have used others and been satisfied.

Extreamly please with my nails. I went in for a pedicure only and left with my nails done also. They take their time and do not rush through the service.

I had a gel manicure and pedicure on Saturday and the gel started lifting 3 days later. Went in today 6/8/18 and told them what happened. They started redoing them but said nothing about whether i would be charged or not. No apology or anything either.And yes I was charged full price.I guess that was my last time there.

I am not happy. They dont listen to detail. Nor do what i asked. I will not be going back. My nail is already broke so now i have to go somewhere else and pay more money. I am pissed and they do not know what they are doing because if they did the tech wouldnt have cut my finger with the scissors when he was doing t he shape i am not saticfied

Today the nail tech who suppose to be able to do designs, well she was unable to do. I explained the design she was upset and just stop and went to another person. The original tech repolished my toes and tried to make it right, well a little late.Will not go back. Only one new who to speak English.

This was the first time I had been to this salon And I wished that I had listened to all the one start reviews that were posted here and other places on the web. I wanted to try solar nails and this was the only place that has them. When I called to make an appointment I requested for prices and what it included when I get solar nails. The lady I spoke to informed me that I would get the oil and hand massage when I got the nails put on. I didnt. Big whoop, I know, but that was what was quoted to me. The person doing my nails, his name was Phong. Normally, Im pretty excited to have a guy do my nails BC no matter where Ive gone, the men do a better job for me than the women do. (And tend to be friendlier) but this kid acted like he wanted to be anywhere else but doing nails. He tried to talk to me every now and then but he was so quiet and mumbled that I couldnt understand what he said unless I asked him to speak up and he smacked his gum the whole time, even while he was talking. When he started to glue the nail extensions on, I noticed 2 of them had big gaps between the nail and fake nail. I asked him to fix it multiple times before he started really doing stuff. He kept telling me he will fix it later or some women think its easier to clean that way. I didnt notice till he started using the clippers but one of the extensions was too small for the nail, instead of finding one that was the right size, he clipped the width of my nail to fit the fake one. So now that nail is lopsided and skinnier than my nail bed. But, what ever, right? Puts the gel stuff on my nails and starts to use the drill to smooth it out. He kept going off my nails and burning the side of my fingers like a callus remover from hell. I kept jerking my hands away and asking him to be more careful he just told me it was my fault for moving. When it came to the fileing he left my nails uneven and jagged. One side of my nail would be higher than the other and when I would ask him to fix it and hold out the finger I wanted fixed, he would file the wrong finger leaving that one to be lopsided. Now, finally back to the gaps in my nails that he would fix later. He started taking cuticle nippers and tried to cut down my real nail almost cutting the quick of my nails. He then tries to take a small drill to drill down my Real nail. No, just no. I saw that ending badly. I asked him if he would please just put glue in the gaps to seal it. He told me no, he fixed it and he was done. He didnt fix anything. I honestly didnt want to pay but Ive never been in this situation before and wasnt sure how it would work out if I just said FU ans left. When I got home I spent 2 hours working to file down the snags in the side of my nails and working them down to the length and shape I wanted them and peeling the gel stuff off my hands. I understand a little product getting on my hands, but it literally looked liked I dunked my hands in super glue. When I asked him before I left to clean it off my hands, he pulled a little section off and said its easy, you can do it yourself I later talked to the manager about my experience there he straight up laughed at me and was quick to tell me that no refunds were available but he would fix my nails for free. I told him I was never going back and he laughed at me more and offered to give me $5. Joke of a place if you ask me.

They dont have you waiting long and when they start working on your nails they dont go off and leave you

This place is horrible!! They don’t understand what your saying or what you want plus the nails I had put on and my friend came out uneven! When you address the issue to them, they get upset. I will never go back here again.

My first experience was great. Professional and social. I got a gel manicure & pedicure. My daughter got acrylic nails and pedicure. We thought we found a great Nail Spa near us. Second experience, my daughter only, went to get a full in and design it was horrible. The paint looked a mess and so did the nails. I said let’s go back and get this redone right, she refused, stated she will never go back(plus nail broke a day later, previous set lasted almost a month). I say, well you can’t go wrong with just a pedicure(I was wrong). The picture shows the disappointment in a paid professional nail spa. He offered to redo but I had to leave(never said I was in a hurry or acted as if I was in a hurry). I went back today, same guy fixed the big toes only. They all looked like a 7year old painted them. The big toes look like they should have in the beginning the rest a mess. It should have all been repainted which is good customer service. I will not go back again and I do not recommend as they are not consistent.
