This is a real nice place and the personnel here is great. I really appreciate the time they took to help me out in my time of need. I came in to get a money order and was explaining my situation to Chrystal and she talked to me about a loan and helped me with my online banking and email set up. Gigi and Mary are nice as well to come out and help with the tablet. Im glad that I was able to get some money to get me through to September.

I brought bank statements and three recent pay stubs and was told that itd take UP TO an hour to be approved. As of now its been two and a half hours since applying and a thirty minute hold time on the phone with which I finally grew tired of and hung up... Still Ive not heard from these people. Funny how the woman on the hold music says she got money so easily and quickly without ever leaving her living room. HA! I have also noticed that NONE of these negative reviews have had responses to them.

Overall good experiences here. But the last visit made me realize that I will start taking my business elsewhere for good.My wife and I came in because she wanted to open up an account for herself after I have had one for the last few years. Lindsay (I am not sure if the name is spelled correctly because I remember it being spelled unusually) is the one that greeted us and offered her help first when we walked in.Whenever we walked up we explained that I have had an account with them for many years and my wife would like to open up her own line of credit. My wife and I share a bank account and we were trying to inquiry on how to be able to pull the auto payments from our savings, since my account with Advance pulls from our checking.Immediately Lindsay started acting very sketchy and started glaring at us and made us feel like we were doing something ‘wrong’. It was very obvious to us that she was questioning our total legitimate story and was treating us like so, for no reason at all. The final straw with my patience is whenever she needed to take a look in our bank account to confirm things (totally normal up to this point). Every time before, they would hand me a keyboard through the glass and allow me to privately enter my bank account password. Instead, Lindsay asked us what the password was and we had to not only give our personal account password to this girl, but also gave the opportunity for surrounding employees and customers to hear our private password. We felt very worried about verbally saying it.We ended up not going forth with opening up a line of credit for her because she was completely unaware and confused on how to do it. Which is completely okay! I never expected her to know every single thing. But what bothered us is how we were treated like we were in the wrong and then had to follow that feeling by feeling like our information was very unsecured by having to say it out loud.Because of Lindsay. we have decided to the after we pay off our current loan we will be closing our account and ending our professional relationship with Advance Financial.

Please do not get a Flex Loan with ANY Advanced financial... EVER! THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE COMPANY NOT THE GALLATIN OFFICE SPECIFICALLY. When I took out my loan, I stated oh good that keeps my monthly payment at about 200 a month, the girl just smiled and shook her head yes... Well that was bs! It is 200 every 2 weeks... Who can afford that? My child has to eat people. I have been fortunate enough to stear several friends away from this death trap since my horrible experience. A FLEX loan IS a payday loan no matter what they call it. With an interest rate of 200+%. I will NEVER be this dumb again! PLEASE save your money and go anywhere else. Most have much lower interest rates. Unless you want a payday advance... maybe use them for that, but I NEVER will. 🤬
