My mom was in there this morning getting some work done on her old truck and I have to thank you guys at General Tire for treating her so well and going above and beyond the scope of work to make sure her truck was safe to drive and to top it off ,not charging her for the extra work! Took my truck into them today because I heard they were the best in town. For the past five years I have had the ability to pull my truck on a lift any time I wanted. I no longer have that luxury. So I decided to take it to them because my front end was making some noises. I dropped it off on my lunch break. Went to pick it up after I got off work and they were able to give me a complete run down on what was going on and were super helpful and very friendly they checked it all out and did not even charge me a dime!. I will definitely continue to do any of my business there

I really love this tire shop. They are always so friendly and fixes everything. Update: Well I thought I loved this tire shop but I woke up to a flat and took my car to Walmart auto care just to find out its no key for my rims and the last time I was there I got my tire plugged and now I cant get my tire off to replace it. Had an appointment and was a bit early but they were ready to take me anyway. Ordered from Goodyear and this was an installation option. It was a very good option. No paperwork just hand over the keys and get them back 30 minutes later.

On my initial visit, I thought I had a major brake issue; but, they called to tell me it was no charge for a loose exhaust issue. Trusting them, I returned months later to replace a leaking radiator. They replaced it much cheaper than other local competitors. Give them a try, as they are both reasonable on their prices and trustworthy.

Very nice people but assured us they would call with price for work before completing and did not. Called to check on car and they had already done work. Quite pricey as they said part was $99 but it’s $40 online and charged $150 for 1.7 hours of work. Very nice but we will go elsewhere as they did work without approval, this is unfortunately a common practice in this industry. Not sure what happened to integrity and customer service.

THESE PEOPLE HERE ARE AWESOME! I called in on the fly, my hubbys headlight was out and the HUGE SNOWSTORM had made it worse. They made time for me in their schedule and then the mechanic working on our car just about did a miracle with a headlight that had MELTED YES I SAID MELTED! WOW! FOLKS! BUT HE FIXED IT!!!!!! Best customer service in town! I first went to Firestone to get my car on the rack to check for bent suspension components, they did not want to help me at all and refused to even look at my car. I then went to tire general and they put my car on the rack and we looked for bent components together. This service was free of charge! will definitely go back there !

General Tire is a full service retail and commercial repair shop. They manage my fleet of 16 vehicles ranging from large straight trucks down to my ford fusion. These guys are experienced and can handle anything.

Fast, Friendly, and not out to pull the wool over your eyes. I went in for a brake check/replacement due to squeaking, a leak in the left rear tire, and a tire rotation. I was told that my brakes were about 50% and they plugged the tire that had a screw in it. They charged me for the plug and nothing more. When it is time for the brakes, they have my business!

Asked for my tires to be balanced and rotated. When retrieving the truck the shop had only balanced the tires, which had been overinflated by the dealer, thus causing uneven wear on the front tires (BF Goodrich Baja Champions on a 2014 Chevy 3500 HD LTZ Diesel). The lack of rotation caused the steering wheel to shake badly over 35 mph. Took the truck back to the shop and a man named Ron was a complete jerk, but did in fact move the rear inside tires to the front and vice versa. This was of course after he was incredibly unprofessional. He even enlightened me that I dont need off road tires, although Im off road every day on cells sites throughout Tennessee and Kentucky. Needless to say, decent tire shop and poor customer service.
