Posting for a friend as she does not do social media.Been a customer for years, today when I called I was very unsatisfied with customer service who answered the phone. I feel like she was overwhelmed and cant handle scheduling in a timely fashion. Didnt have an answer as to why we had no monthly service last month. She did not like being questioned. She was extremely rude and she threatened to cancel my service.

Information, with truth. That team is doing the task. Ive been a customer for more then 5 years. You tell them the truth. Of the type of bugs and locations, they will help you.

Had an appointment to have my house sprayed. After an hour of waiting I called and the girl who answered said the technician that was scheduled to spray my house would be gone the next two days. No one called to tell me my appointment couldnt be kept and the girl acted like it was no big deal that she didnt call to let me know. Awful customer service!

I was just looking up 4 Seasons phone number to call them and let them know how happy I was with their most recent service. I saw the previous review and decided to stick up for Mr. Ferrier and the guys. About 5 yrs ago I was horrified to learn the Termites had eaten a wall in our home and I called 4 Seasons. After agreeing to finally quit being cheap I signed up for proper treatment on the structures on my property, problem cured. (Oh ya, had to pay a contractor to do proper building repair as well...)This spring I had an invasion of Ants from my Oak tree into my barn, invasion! 4 Seasons came out and waved their wand like air freshener but the next day all the Ants were dead! (Sarcasm referring to previous review) I Guess thats why I do what I do and they are a licensed bug firm.Last story on a human side since people read these reviews because we really dont have a clue who to use ...we all go by Reviews....It has probably been about 12 years now since my Dad died and I had the reason to see the contract price that my Mom and Dad had been paying with a Hanna City firm for annual termite and pest spraying at their home in rural Peoria County. The difference was laughable with what Mom has now saved over the years and it was such a difference in pricing that could make me mad about how Hanna City had priced them.Plus, get this, my Mom now 85 always looks forward to 4 Seasons visit because of the time Mr. Ferrier or his techs spend just conversing with Mom because she sits there alone on 18 acres with her dog.So, the previous review slamming them is not the experience we have with 4 Seasons at 3 different properties. I simply would have called 4 Season and asked for a retreatment.Thanks for listening

Worst ever. Wont have them on my property ever again. Tech walked around spraying like it was air freshener. Not worth the money.
