Have been to this local dry cleaners for several years. Why do I go back? Of course, they do a great job at what is expected however, it is people who take care of the customers make me go back. Shout out to Nancy and Flor. You got to meet these two!!

I highly recommend this location. My husband always has stains on his shirt and these ladies are amazing at removing them. Ask to speak with Flor or Nancy, they will take care of you.

I had a blouse that I ordered. It arrived that morning. Which yhe event start at 7pm. I called and these women saved the day. I brought other items to be cleaned after my event. Which I had wine stains, and barbecue stains. When I picked my clothes up, I was amazed. Very happy. The women that works there are so AWESOME!!! Their smiles and soft voices are a nice. Now Im a regular. Thanks Ladies! You Rock!!!

HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! They charged $70 to dry clean TWO dresses. I have never spent anywhere near this amount to clean clothing, and most of my outfits require dry cleaning. When questioned, the manager was dismissive and said only the staff are allowed to see pricing; nothing is posted for customers to see.

I brought my gown from a wedding I had attended and it was yellow and covered in stains from guests having stepped on it. Flora, Lignora, and her crew cleaned it within 2 days and made it pristine and beautiful. They did a superb job! Great employees, super sweet and efficient!

Pretty good place to get dry cleaning done. Ligia is the one that is usually at the counter whenever I visit this location and always remembers me so our transactions are quicker and smoother. My drop offs and pick ups are a breeze.

Crest always does a great job. Most dry cleaners need items by 9am for same day but Crest you can drop off up until 11. They text you when your order is ready which is very convenient. Its often ready just a couple hours later. Ligia and Kenia behind the counter are both so helpful and always have a smile when you walk in. Great place to go

I need to have my work uniform dry cleaned everyday and my workplace told me to come here for it instead of zips and I’m so glad I did. The staff is so nice and they really care about their customers. They know me by name and when they see me walking through the door they already have my dry cleaning ready for me. I love that I have until 11 to drop it off for same day service because most places are 9 which is difficult to do because I usually don’t need to be at work till noon. And even though it says out by 5, I always get the text that my dry cleaning is ready by 1 or 2. Nancy (who is usually in the front) is the best and always has a smile on her face. So much better then zips and definitely worth it!Oh yeah for every 250 dollars you spend here they give you credit towards your future pick ups and that happens for me every month so it’s a nice little gift for doing nothing hehe

David, Mark, and Ryan were very helpful when I brought in my last dry cleaning order. They were gracious about redoing the ironing of a blouse that had not been pressed well. They also offered explanations for why the trim on a coat was the only place where mildew occurred. They seemed encouraging that the mildew could be removed. I look forward to success when I pick it up.

They may cost a bit more than a place like Zips, but they are super fast. Its not hard to find a place that will dry clean a shirt well, but it is hard to find a place so clean and convenient.

Went it and dropped off the clothes feeling uneasy with whom I left them with. I get them back, after paying a premium for this service, and no stains out of the 5 garments were removed. They simply placed tags on it saying they cant fix them. Well thats fine but dont charge me the price for that, but they did. I was also presented with new stains on my white dress shirt and khaki chinos. This is unnacceptable and I regret making the 40 minute commute to come to this dump.

Great service, the text message when your order is done is very helpful. Being able to turn in an order before 11am and having it completed by 5pm the same day is very convenient.

Crest Cleaners in Kentlands is always prompt, quick to help you when you walk in. They gave good advice on challenging projects, and cost savings tips on items that I had questions about. They have always been fair, courteous, and responsive.

The service used to be hit or miss but now is spot on. Services include everything from same day service on dry cleaning to rug cleaning. They have a new mobile app that is actually pretty decent. Dont expect to get any discount flyers on this but overall a good value

Everyone seems very nice and my clothes are always nice and pressed when I pick them up. The lost one of my toggles on a jacket while cleaning it and did their best for find a match and offered to replace all of the toggles since they were a little worn.

I really appreciate the staff and the attention to detail....with that being said.....when I was less than thrilled with my military crease.....the fixed it immediately and that made all the difference in the world. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Horrible service Spoke to Patty the District Manager, she did nothing but offer excuses and not resolve the issue. I took my coat to get cleaned ended up with something I can no longer wear. Super disappointing

82 bucks and I litterally had to take all 12 shirts somewhere else just started a new job amazing money didnt care if they were more than the other guys but damn. Shirts werent wearable not a one. Twice the price and horrible horrible dry cleaning worst Ive seen in 20 years. Sad Im gonna be 50 to 75 bucks a week for someone just not crest dissatisfied completely

I went here only once. Man, is this place pricey! Its in a good location next to the Giant, but its very pricey.

Everyone Ive dealt with there is friendly, they provide great service, fast and convenient. They also offer great coupons and discounts.

After doing drop-off for more than a decade with Crest, were using their pickup and delivery service now. Its fantastic - convenient and with the usual Crest quality cleaning.

The home delivery pick up and drop off are always on time and they send out reminders every week. The items came back as I expected with my instructions followed.

Ive been coming here for a while and I loved the customer service. In he past month and a half, I have been very very very disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the way my clothes have come out. With most of the regular employees gone and a new manager coming in, I have received nothing but horrible service. It seems the only time I get horrible service is when this new guy Kenneth helps me. He is VERY unpleasant to deal with and seems to be the most unknowledgeable employee there. I am told he is the manager, but it seems hard to believe that they Crest would make someone that stupid in charge. However, It is very refreshing to see the familiar faces of Cynthia, Jordan and Emily. Despite that, I refuse to go here anymore because of this new manager.

First time tried it. even though it was not the day to pick it up the driver came and took my clothes for drycleaning. he was very courteous, and helped me explain the process.excellent service.

The clothes look great! Other dry cleaners have had problems in the past getting the wrinkles out of a seersucker shirt of mine, but Crest had no problem.
