There service is sucks. They don’t care about there patients. I went to there for drug test and this people let me wait like 2 hours. There people just talk to each other walk around. Most important thing they are not professional.

PLEASE Save your self some time and don’t go to this location. It’s either a hit or a miss with them.Very unprofessional, I arrived at 1pm for my appointment and left around 2:30pm. Mind you not a lot of clients were coming in during my arrival time , you might be asking what were they doing ??? I don’t know either. I just had to take my drug test and leave but I had to wait for more almost 2 hours? So much inconvenience, the staff also talk to you in a condescending way, would it hurt to be nice ?

I made an appointment ahead of time for my 9-year old to have bloodwork. Checked in and waited only 3 minutes for be called. The phlebotomist, Elizabeth Meadows, was amazing. Sweet and patient and explained what she was doing. My daughter was super nervous and Ms Meadows really helped.

Came an hour befpre closing on a sunny Friday, no wait. 4 people ahead of me and we were all seen within 5 minutes after completing self check in. Front desk staff was helpful and the technician who saw me did an incredible job. Im awful at blood draws but I smiled the whole time, even with the needle in my arm! Team seemed to work well together. Definitely coming here from now on.

It was absolutely terrible service. I would not recommend anyone to go there. The front ladies were acting too busy to help me and they were not clear with there instructions. I’m highly disappointed from my experience!!!

$h!tty place very unprofessional. It doesn’t matter if you book an appointment because they will make you wait for hours. The lab technician did not give any clear instructions He was very disrespectful. When I went to get my urine sample in the bathroom, he was outside knocking and yelling just because “I took too long”. (I was in the bathroom for less than two minutes ). When I come out apparently my urine sample was not enough and he continues to yell @me He sends me back and tells me not to leave after making me wait for almost two hours!!!!!!

I normally have positive experience at lap corps at different locations so I went to this one because it is closer to where I live. To begin with there was a lot of people at the waiting area, it’s a little bit uncomfortably at COVID time. The intake person was unfriendly and rude. He didn’t even say sorry when I try to tell him he call my name wrong. The result also came back late on the next day. For the same lab works I normally receive my result before 7am but this one posted after 10am. Overall i have bad experience at this place.

I can see why this location has so many bad reviews. The staff (not all) were rude and unprofessional.

It’s a worst experience I had in this lab . I went there for 3 hours GTT last Saturday. When I come back home my whole arm was swollen because the staff was so inexperienced they don’t know how to take a blood from arm .I will be attaching a screenshot of my arm . Customers please be beware on all this. Please go by your risk.

Labcorp at Gaithersburg MD, very clean and the front desk employee was courteous. Ms. Elizabeth who drew my blood, did it 100%. I didnt feel a thing. Shes nice and courteous as well.

I had a doctors order for blood work...got to Lab Corp by Quince Orchard at 4:10pm and was turned away stating theyre close at 4PM.I asked how about Germantown and he said they are close too.I showed up to the Lab Corp on Middlebrook Road which confirms they all close at 5pm.Service was professional,courteous and excellent which will become my go-to for any lab needs.KERP AWAY FROM QUINCE ORCHARD!

First time first , it hurts like hell, different nurse has different skill I guess, this lab is just not as good...?Second, why make the reservations online and then your labs are all backed up? Waited 55 mins in LabCorp for a 2 min regular blood drawn, no thanks never againStop overbooking maybe? There are CLEARLY more than 15 people in the main lobby (10 people capacity) and no staff are saying anything.

Don’t be late or walk in or “there’s nothing we can do.” Don’t bother calling.

The person helping me check in was awesome, could have been a total loss but they got it worked out and taken care of

All because him and his staff obviously are not on the same page with directions. I filed a complaint. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Why does your website say you close at 5pm, but you lock your doors at 4pm?

Hi everyone, Today I visited to make an appointment for my wife lab work, waiting for 30 minutes but still returned without appointment because front desk old lady was lazy ( uncooperative) and careless, she just say check in there, when started check in, the kiosk machine asked the type of lab work, so there different types, so I saved it and went be to her, that you can help me choose, your lab work, I told her that if I can do it by myself online, so why I will be there, instead of helping me, she said go online and do it online then I come back home without scheduling an appointment. Therefore I dont recommend Gaithersburg Lapcorp, specifically the front desk old lady because I had a bad experience from her and it was just wasting of time. Thanks 😊 alot

Never go there; the worst lab ever. To start, in spite of an appointment I waited for 50 minutes, I think my paperwork was lost b/c when I asked the man at the front desk he frantically looked for it. In spite of the door sign saying only 10 people, the waiting room was very crowded with more than 10 and chairs being right next to each other. When this was brought to his attention, the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The restroom was filthy, a dirty floor with urine on it and no soap. The only reason I am giving it one star is for the painless blood draw from the phlebotomist. Not a place to go at these times or anytime.

THE WORST ..took my toddlers who are below 2 years for blood work. They should have let us known before that they are incapable of handling toddlers or do not have the right equipment. They tried through IV and of course babies do cry. they drew 2 bottles and the needle came out. they pricked in IV in the other hand and the baby was crying. If they are not capable of handling kids they should recommended to go to other centers.

All labs in montgomery county give such poor service? Every time they have to use more than three needles to find me a vein, when it is not that even with an appointment you have to wait more than 30min or if it is not that the person at the desk likes to give the patient a hard time. Someone who can recommend me a good one, I dont know which is worse if labcorp or quest has already tried germantown, shady grove, diamond and even silver spring in the past 14 years. Recommendations are welcome.

The facility was very clean. The procedure was quick, everyone was very helpful.

If I could rate this place midness zero, O would. They are very nasty people. I am afraid to ask a question, because their responses are very sarcastic and mean!

The last who took my blood was very kind and friendly and got my vein in one go. Super easy visit!

Friendly staff greeted me at the door. The building felt new and fresh. Even the water at the fountains tasted good. Im a person who has run out the door out of fear before getting tests. However, Ron who did the work for me was an absolute pro. I felt nothing! And, this was a big one requiring many tubes. I completely felt nothing. Ill be going back. And, I am writing this review so that you know a good place to get this necessary evil dealt with as painlessly as possible.Update: 2nd visit with Maria was also great. I used to get uncomfortable with these things. Here I am very comfortable.

I went in for bloodwork last week. Ronald drew my blood and checked me in. He was absolutely wonderful, professional, courteous and great at drawing blood. He found my veins with no trouble. He was really great all around! I cannot however, give the facility more than 3 stars because I was there a week earlier and witnesses the chaos, lengthy wait times and frustration of many customers; about 4-5 irritated customers in my 40 minutes of waiting there. My experience with one great person, on that one uncrowded day was awesome, but thats not enough for a great overall rating, when I know I could potentially and easily be one of those frustrated customers here.

I’d never been to this location before, but the reviews were favorable so I thought I’d give it s shot. Walked in and encountered their check-in kiosk. It’s new to me but fairly intuitive. I was checked in after a couple minutes. Another several minutes pass and I was given some paperwork to sign for insurance and was brought back to get blood drawn. I was greeted by a very friendly technician who was none other than the man......the myth.....the legend......RONALD!! You may have seen him show up in other reviews and let me tell you, he knows what he’s doing. I’m a big guy and it’s usually difficult to find a vein in my arm. Ron took one look and with the swiftness of a ninja inserted the needle in my arm. Didn’t feel a thing. I was a little skeptical that he’d med it in one attempt, but as soon as the vial was I inserted, my doubts disappeared. He’s THAT good. Total time from the time I pulled up to the time I drove away was 25 minutes. And I had 4 people in front of me when I arrived. It’s my new go-to Lab Corp location.

When I entered the lobby it was spotless and nobody was present at lunch time on a Tuesday, so I was taken back immediately. Ronald was excellent with his blood draw technique. I will return here if I have to have blood drawn again.

Nightmare. Short staffed.

The guy at check in was extremely rude. Did not even acknowledge that I was standing at the window. Then when I said something his response was “no I didn’t see you, I’m looking at my computer “. The window is right in front of him. If you don’t like your job in customer service, find something else

This place is awful and unprofessional. The lady who helped me could not find my vein before taking my blood. Proceeded to stick the needle in my arm and searched my vein while the needle was still in my arm. Would not recommend going here.

No waiting time. Fast service. The lab technician was very nice. Everyone is nice and pleasant at this location.

This LabCorp is great. They do a great job on folks who are very difficult to stick and the wait isnt bad at all. They are very friendly and work quickly. One of the best labcorps I have been too.

I just visited this Labcorp location this morning. The lady who check me in (I did not catch her name but she was Indian) was very professional and friendly. The phlebotomist, Francis, was very kind and professional and did a great job taking my blood. The waiting room and patient rooms were clean. I had an overall positive experience.

Requested to send a copy to my primary doctor. The lady at reception said they are not allowed to. Instead she said a copy of report will be sent to my home. Its been two weeks and never received. They have done this once before. I do not trust them. I prefer lab quest but the doctor I go to keep insisting to give me Lab corp. I will not use them again and will go to lab quest in future.

Awful experience. Huge bruises on my hands! Although Im pregnant and have really good veins. Never had anything like that before. Do not recommend this place!

Unprofessional blood test. The lady got blood from my son. But need again because of bad operation

Needed to get a quick biometric screening for my HSA reward. Facility was clean. No wait time at all. Quickly in and out. What more could you ask for.

Make an appointment if you cannot find any other location to go to. This place is a joke - they are understaffed & the front desk staff barely speaks English. Wait time without an appointment is over an hour just to hand in lab order & then you wait again for them to call you back.

I took my kids for lab work the staff was nice and fast . We were walk ins.

They implemented new checkin kiosk iPads that make the checkin process long and frustrating. It seems making an appointment ahead of time is pointless since the wait is an average of 30 minutes after your scheduled time. The office is very unorganized.

I would return if I had a future lab order. The staff were friendly, professional, and competent, the facility was clean, and I was in-and-out quickly.

It is 9:30 and they still have not seen me for my 9:00 appointment. Dont even seem to pay attention to appointment times, just order of arrival.

Awful experience this morning got before 8am here today just for them to take my info and insurance card took them 40 minutes. front desk so slow. It doesnt make sense to be here before they open if they still will take long time. The only person I give 5 start is for the one who draw my blood

Old Asian assistant lady was talking soo loud with no smile on her face. She was very rude and nonhelpful if we ask some additional question.

Took my two toddlers to get their blood work done. The kids were not happy and I was not happy until Ronald came in and saved the day. Ask for Ronald! He knows what he is doing!

I made an appointment and checked in. Not sure what the purpose of the appointment is if the staff takes all of the walking first.

Staff appear to be untrained, uninformed, and unmotivated. This is very clearly a sloppy operation, and medical testing is the wrong field for sloppy operations. Based on this recent experience / interaction, I have no confidence in the staff at this location.

Awful the lady was yelling at me because I made a mistake and she started lying and yelling at me now if I was a disrespectful person it would’ve went left she is very unprofessional the African lady very unprofessional I think she is Jamaican or African

So for almost 20 days I had some blood tests and the results have not arrived and the lady in front of me is not pleasant at all, it is very disgusting, they should look for a friendly girl who speaks English and Spanish
