Two different accidents with a post in a parking garage took me to Paintmasters with my 2019 car. Both repairs were done impeccable!!!!! The Dealership repair wanted almost two times as much. The paint is a three stage and it looks wonderful. They gave me A seven year warranty.

Great and honest people. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for ethical people to do business with. I had a scratch removed from my truck. the job and price were excellent. Their customer service is overwhelming and professional. Lester is a great manager and knows how to deal with his clients.

Those two guys in the front office are great my set down with them about what I wanted & the painters where very knowledgeable good & fast they did a amaze job worth every penny Im bringing my project truck to be painted there I know in my heart it is going to be like Christmas morning after they finish painting my truck so excited 👍👍👍

Professional and great customer service.

I went to Paint Masters because my trunk was smashed in after I got rear-ended. They gave me a very quick estimate and within about a week they fixed my car perfectly and everything looks good as new. They also have excellent customer service. The guy who hit me wanted to pay outright and they were very easy to work with, working with him for the financials and giving me updates along the way. They also vacuumed and cleaned the interior of my car which I thought was a nice added touch. Ill definitely come back.

Another great experience with Paintmaster’s and their staff! We have used them for over 25 years, and through two grown children who have had their share of accidents. Mark, Brian and Lester are always so helpful and warm. Most recently, a large tree branch fell on my car and caused quite a bit of damage. I needed a new front quarter panel and some hood repair. They ordered the part and had it in shop in advance so my car would have as little down time as possible. The paint match was blended perfectly and looks terrific!!! My car was returned to me with the interior completely cleaned, vacuumed, windows and interior wiped down. Now that’s service! Thank you so much, I sincerely appreciate doing business with a company as thorough and professional as yours!

After a car backed into my car coming out of her parking space, I took my car to Paintmasters for repair because they were one of the shops that the insurance company partnered with.Lester was quick and professional in getting me an estimate, as well as handling for Enterprise to come pick me up when I brought the care in for repairs.The repairs went a little over the estimated time frame, but Lester was good about letting me know what step the car was in. Great customer service.Just be aware that since this is a smaller business, the shop may not open exactly at 8:00am, but be patient and give them time.

Paintmasters has worked on several different cars for us. We send all of our friends and family to Brian and Mark knowing they will be taken care of and their car or truck fixed right the first time. A great example is when my husband‘s brand new Toyota highlander got two huge scratches on each side of the car. They were able to match the paint perfectly to the point I cannot tell where the work was done. Thanks again for all you guys do!!!

I had worst experience with this place, they always trying to take as much as they can from customers and insurance companies, and takes so long to get your car fix , that the way your insurance rate going to higher and end of you pay more money then other palaces, they took month and half to get me two tires & rims, another time 1 mont and ten days to fix one flats tire and body dents , another time just to fix rear bumper they took 1 month , and insurance company going to charge you for , repairs and rent a car for long periods of time , I went to their place 3 time , I went there with no fault clame but unfortunately every time my insurance got higher because they took 10 days work 30 days 40 days ,And their price asm estimates always higher then other markets they sold me 2 tires and 2 rims for $1150 that I could get only for $450 and it took me more then a month I will never recommend this place

I had an excellent experience here. I scratched the side of my car pretty bad when I hit a post in a parking garage. They gave me three different estimates with different options and let me take time to decide. They also helped me decide whether or not it was worth it to report it to my insurance. I got my car back in less than a week and it looked great! They vacuumed the inside, cleaned my headlights and took off some paint and scuff marks on the other side of my car from a previous incident without any extra charge. I highly recommend them. Also, when I went in to get an estimate I asked for advice about how to get roofing tar off my car, which they proceeded to take off right there for me for free. Definitely some of the best customer service I have ever received..

I was a pain in the butt, but they were awesome

They did a very poor job on my vehicle. Headlight creates a shadow at night when driving, a lot of broken parts were missed during collision repair. And they took more than 3weeks to repair my fender damage. I don’t recommend this body shop, you go there at your own risk

Very professional, they did a great job on my wifes car.I have used Paintmasters a few times over the years. The quality of the work is outstanding. They take care of all the insurance paperwork, we ran into a slight problem when the independent adjuster submitted the paperwork and missed some damage, Brian and his team got on the phone and took care of it for us.Lester and Brian do everything they can to communicate and keep you in the loop. One of our headlights was busted in the accident and Paintmasters replaced it and buffed up our other light to make it look new, this was outside the estimate but they did it out of good customer service! And, it looked great. Maybe one of the best things is that you can always get them on the phone. You are never made to feel as though you are a bother. The staff is very easy to deal with. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I am a volunteer to an elderly person whose car was significantly damaged in Leisure World and no note was left. I referred her to Paintmasters Auto Body in Gaithersburg, MD, a company I have used for years. Doras car had been scraped from front panel to rear panel and the damage estimate was well over 2,000.00. Paintmasters informed her that because this was a hit and run, she would not have to pay more than 250.00.She had informed her insurance company of the accident however at the the time the work was done she did not proceed appropriately to get all of the per-authorizations to proceed. Her insurance company was not totally forthcoming about all the paperwork needed and as an elderly person it is not always easy to understand what is needed. At one point in the transaction her insurance rep denied coverage trying to get out of paying for it. It was very frustrating to say the least, especially as her volunteer to deal with them.Paintmasters contacted the insurance company for her and forwarded the pictures necessary to get permissions for the deductible. They went out of their way for us and we appreciate their help and diligence! Thank you so much....her the car looks like new! We are very grateful to Mark Brian and Lester for their help!!! They really care!

Brian & Lester helped me with my front car bumper and paint chipping. They even threw in a free paint bottle for touch ups. They are the best in the business - very kind, very honest people.

Paintmasters have great customer service, workers are very friendly.Although they did not do an impeccable job (I had to replace my doors on the right side for sort of a t-bone crash), I am satisfied.From the outside, my car looks nearly like it was before (the crash), but when I shut the doors, the sound is not quite the same.With the benefit of the doubt, i give 5-stars.

I first brought a car to Paintmasters over a year ago when an accident caused a door to dent and misalign. They handled the repair quickly and produced a great product. I later brought my car in with a broken window and was referred outside to a person who completed the repair for a great price.Since then, coworkers and I have brought in our vehicles for various accidents and bodywork. Each time, Chuck and his staff have been open, straightforward, and willing to take the time to explain the options and costs. The prices match or are below competitors while the customer service cannot be beat. My relationship with Paintmasters is one which gives me confidence and satisfaction, I am glad to have found this business.

This is my second time using Paintmasters and I can highly recommend them. The paint color on my new front bumper exactly matched the rest of the car, the work was done on time, and the final cost equaled the estimate. A suggestion would be to always include a small bottle of paint for touch ups.
