I was made to show my ID at the curbside pickup while picking up vanilla and not one other person in the pickup area (6), even a customer with an extremely large order, was approached at their window to show ID. I sat waiting hopeful to see that there was more than just a difference in skin tone that prompted this request. Ive done curbside at Sams biweekly for well over a yr and this is was the 1st and last request for an ID

Great place quick service i always end up getting more than what i came in to get- friendly customer service and cashiers always open another lane when its backed up- stuff is always in stock. Like Sams better than Wal-Mart anyday.

Large and well stocked store. Love scan and go on the app.Deducting a star for 2 issues:1) Employees should not be told to move large endcaps or close multiple aisles (forklift use) during peak shopping periods. Handle that stuff either during low crowd levels, or preferably, when the store isnt open.2) The rescanning of items after checkout is so redundant and inefficient. Why not have us just check out right at the exit, then?

Rude greeter at entrance. Disregarded my response of having a medical reason for not wearing a mask even threatened to make me leave. I left on my own this is not an ADA friendly store or company.ADA and Section 504, a person with a disability is someone who has a physical or mental impairment that seriously limits one or more major life activities, or who is regarded as having such impairments. Asthma and allergies are usually considered disabilities under the ADA.

Customer service basically insinuated that I was trying to scam them even though I literally showed them the email I had from Sams offering a $45 gift card for signing up. Was a waste of thirty minutes of my life. Seeing that thats how they operate, I dont want a membership even if its free.If you still want a membership there, at least wait until you can get it for free. These deals run very often if you search for them. Membership is definitely not worth paying for.

Very clean and stocked. Love the mobile pay app..avoid the lines is the only way to go. One person that stood out was in the Optical department her name is Angie. We walked up and how she was ready to assist us but we were just looking at the glasses in the case. Very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely love this Sams Club, the store is always so clean and stocked. The meat department always cuts out rubble for us perfectly.Only negative comment I would have is that it is hit or miss with the gas station attendants. They need to be better about directing the GAS vehicles to GAS pumps so that DIESEL vehicles can use the 2 DIESEL pumps. We constantly have this issue when we go to fill up.

I think if you use the scan & go app from Sams club youll have a good shopping experience. Otherwise, youre looking at a 15 min~ wait time to pay for your groceries, especially on a weekend. I do recommend getting gas here as it is a lot cheaper than local gas stations.

Had to go to customer service waited in line got to the register and I advised the lady that I had received a letter about recall product that I had purchased. I told her that it was a box of ice cream. Now to be fair I had forgotten the name and she basically let me know that she couldnt help me very rudely I told her that I would call my husband as he was home to get the name. She had no interest in helping me. Thank goodness for another young lady and I wish I had gotten her name came over and helped me and I got my refund. I know that I didnt have the name of product but it was in my account of purchased items. I just was very upset with this experience

This is the worse place for truck driver. There aren’t capable to help us. I don’t know what is the reason but I will try to never return I believe that the truckers should be treated with more respect, just by deliverating the loads when they arrive at the place, I have been waiting for more than 5 hours because they did not want to help, they only paid me, they waited for your time and I wonder where the heart is. of these people because I believe that all that merchandise that they offer is put in place by us because of our effort and work, that is why I think that we should have more consideration

Matt and Pat in the automotive area saved me today!!! I had a warranty on my car battery that we couldn’t find in the system. When the system failed me, their customer service and critical thinking saved me - money and a breakdown on the side of the road as I was on the last leg of my car battery.I REALLY appreciated Matt using his brain to think things through and eventually come to a solution along with Pat that saved me $100+ that I would have had to pay if not. I hope management realizes what an asset Matt and Pat are to that store and pays/treats them accordingly. :)I hope this reminds big corporations that people are still so important to business and should be treated that way because technology can’t always hold its own.Thank you, Sams and Matt/Pat!!!

Full of rude foreigners and sheeple. Wanted me to wear a mask to go in. People were coming out without them. The Florida State law prohibits mask mandates.Im canceling my membership. Its probably not a good idea to be around vaccinated sheeple due to shedding anyway.

Great prices and helpful staff. Some policies dont make much sense though. For instance, I asked a person working in the electronics sections a question about the availability of a television. I was told to go to member services and ask them. I had to wait in a lengthy line and the member services representative appeared shocked when it was finally my turn but helped me. In the end, after quite some time, I got my television. The multiple ladies who helped me were all extremely friendly!!

Enjoy shopping at Sams, for the most part. My gripe is that the store will offer some great things, and then when you return to buy it again....its been discontinued at this store. Most recent casualty was located in the Deli.....the pre-made manicotti. It was almost as good as my homemade version and ....its no work to prepare. Im told the other Sams still carry it, but not G-ville store.

Went there with a friend, who was going for the first time in this location. Anything I was interested in had no price marked, employees too hard to find to find out. Did get a price on a (small) watermelon, $7.99 ?! I finally left the store and waited for my friend, she said a lot of things were not marked. None of the food sample places had samples at 12:30 except for the orange juice. Long lines, empty registers. Dont plan on wasting my time or money going back here.

On 6/4/21 at 6:10pm I was trying to get fuel when the attendant told me I couldnt pull in the direction I was traveling. I handle it like a spoiled child, speaking the the Sams employee with rude, profane manner. He continued to speak to me in a professional manner. I felt so bad for my bad behavior I had my wife drive out of our way the next day to apologize for my behavior. He was working again at 1:45pm just doing his job. I apologized and he except my apology. Sams has a good crew working for them.

I would like to thank the gas station attendants, Giselle and Gil, for helping me turn a bad situation into a very pleasant experience. On February 16th 2021, I accidentally locked myself out of my car, at the club’s gas pumps, and I became very distressed as I needed to go to work. Thankfully, Giselle and Gil were there to help and I felt as though they did everything in their power to help me troubleshoot my situation. Giselle was kind enough to let me use her phone while Gil helped keep me calm with his sense of humor. Both employees were very professional and would consistently check on me, in between tending to the other customers, which made me feel safe and that they truly cared for my wellbeing. Finally, after about 2 hours of being stranded at the gas station, AAA came to my rescue and I was only 1 hour late to work. I am beyond grateful to the kindness and generosity that both Giselle and Gil showed me that day and I think that they are good representation of Sam’s Club employees.

Sams Club is part of the Walmart family of stores It is a Club membership store where cheaper prices allegedly come from buying in volume.I didnt enjoy my experience at all with this store. The girl I spoke to on the phone, when someone actually answered, was rude. There were no real instruction for curbside. The staff that bought stuff out were polite enough but they just threw our stuff into the Jeeps hatch

This store shows how not to handle a pandemic wow. mediocre customer service is still there. Things are easier to find but thats about it. I went today to get an hp laptop and when I was ready to pay the person at the register (Shannon) went to get the computer, she spoke with the Manager (Angel) and she disappeared. We wait for 20 minutes, when I decided speak with the manager (Angel) to see what was happening and she ignored me (no education or manner at all, so sad that someone like that have a manager position)another lady that was next to Angel helped me and let me know that the the pc was out of stock. It took 30 minutes for them to tell me that the computer was out of stock, thanks to the negligent manager Angel and the associate Shannon.

Becoming a Sams club member is one of the best decisions we have made. I love that alot of the bulk items come in multipacks so using smaller portions for just the 2 of us is easy; and we can always use additional packages when we have guests.

The only thing that would make Sams better is a reduced membership fee. I really like the idea of the Scan n Go via their app, but it wasnt working when I was there the other day because if their WiFi problem. I also wish they would ship stuff without the added membership. Because of that, I get more from Amazon. Since Im one person household, I question the justification of their membership fee, but I come back for better meat and good cat litter prices!
