Amazing guy, while waiting for my car to be aligned I Asked him if I can repair my car on his parking lot, He said go ahead and if you need something let me know. He was the most nicest person i have ever seen working on cars. My car needed a alignment badly, he puts the car in the lift and within 20 minutes my car handled and drove much much better ! Straight as an Arrow!

We need more business men like this fellow! I came to get my Titan aligned and he said I needed to replace a tie rod before he did the alignment and didnt charge me.. He is efficient and while I was waiting he wasnt hanging out or waisting time he was actually working.

Probably the only place I would recommend anyone to take their car for an alignment. You can sit in the shop and watch your alignment being done. Lift kit alignments do cost more respectively.

I would post a picture of my truck on the lift, but I was embarrassed by how out-of-alignment it was, so Ill just leave my commentary, haha! Grady is great: very straightforward in his business, strong work ethics, doesnt slack off or waste time, and, [based on numerous industry guys I asked prior to coming here,] is *the* premiere local expert when it comes to alignment---you cant fake this many 5-star reviews! I think what I admire most is that he does NOT do auxiliary services like tire mounting, oil changes, etc.---as a fellow businessman, I immediately recognize the underrated value that comes from not diluting your servicewares by taking on sidework. Ive always believed if youre a jack of all trades, you can be a king of none of them---Grady understands this very common mistake most tradesmen fall victim to. As such, he is the KING OF ALIGNMENTS! If you need an oil change etc, go elsewhere, but only trust your camber, caster, & steering toe to Grady, The Alignment Guy! Be aware he does not operate off basis of appointments, its FCFS based on walk-ins, and his high-quality work (plus all these honest glowing reviews) generates a tremendous following, so my recommendation is to be there at 8AM sharp, first thing in the morning when he opens to increase your chances of a minimal wait. I got there at 8:15 and he already had another vehicle on the lift! haha I was happy to be second in line though, and, in the 45m or so I was there, 5 other cars showed up! Grady is a master of his craft and a pleasure to work with. My 04 camry started drifting right after I put in new front shocks. All good now. Address fix: If you use Google maps to get there, be aware that you will be directed to NE 21st Way, but thats an error. Alignment guy is at 3019 NE 20th Way. The frontmost business at that address is Lazarus Ministry, (a food bank BTW) and Gradys shop is along the side of the building further back. Theres signs : ).

I had my 1970 classic chevelle done and he took the time to explain how it worked and I believe its as close to perfect as it will ever get now. Price was market standard. Took one look at what Goodyear said they wouldnt touch.......and got to work. Said it shouldnt be a problem. Told me if he ran into any problems we could discuss options and prices. 40 minutes later I was driving out with a fresh alignment. Excellent 👌........fast work, fair price, couldnt ask for more.

Grady (Alignment Guy) is the only one I take my vehicles to for alignments. He checks everything to make sure there arent any issues before starting and does an excellent job every time. Has the knowledge and expertise to set up everything from race cars to lifted trucks and do it right the first time.

I drove 36 miles to have my F150 aligned by the best game in town last week. The alignment guy is a straight shooter who has the top of the line alignment equipment and he knows how to use it. It is such a pleasure to find someone who is both honest and a reliable. He should get 6 stars.

This place is by far the best place to have an alignment done to whatever you drive! Having a lifted 3/4ton truck, its almost impossible to find someone to align it correctly, he did an amazing job, the truck has never driven so straight! He even found an issue with some lose nuts on the rear axle and took the time to fix them carefully and correctly! On top of that he got me in and out extremely fast. By far the best experience Ive ever had with any type of an automotive shop, highly recommend this place!

No appointment needed. Walked in, had 3 cars in front of me. Dude said it would be a bit, so I left my car with him. He called about 3 hours later and said I was good to go. Paid for the service while he gave me a quick rundown of what was found.When I got back to my car there was even a printout confirmation of the alignment in the passenger seat. Showed all four in the green(the system uses a stoplight array to show disproportionate measurements, green=ok, yellow=you might be ok depending on the situation, red=stop driving and get it fixed). Nice little touch.I wish he did more like install tires, balance, ECT. But you cant really fault a guy who calls himself the alignment guy and doesnt do anything but. Car rides on clouds now. Will return.

Before taking my vehicle for an alignment in town, I made sure to check reviews. This shop had 5 stars across the board and I definitely saw why. The whole alignment took maybe 20 minutes. The printout from the machine was clear and easy to read. Grady does a great job and I would highly recommend him over anyone else.

Ive had my 03 Dodge Dodge since 2012 and Ive had my upper and lower tie rods replaced about a year ago. Took it to TirePlue for an alignment and had a horrible experience. They claim that they did the alignment but after getting the truck back it had the same issue, so I turned around went back to the store and had them redo the alignment with not much improvement. I later installed a front end leveling kit which made the ride better but the truck swayed a lot. I did a search online and decided to take the truck to the alignment guy and I have to say that was the best decision. Very knowledgeable and professional. He said that the alignment was way off and since I added the lift to the front some additional adjustment were needed. He did the work and I have to say the truck drives better than the day I got it from the dealership. It unbelievable how a proper alignment can affect the feel of an older vehicle. I would recommend the alignment guy to anyone needing a PROPER alignment.

I definitely recommend the alignment guy. I got extremely fast service, very friendly. He could have charged me more because of my lift, but did not. I had installed one of my control arms backwards and he took it off and reinstall it correctly for me at no charge. He noticed that I had loose bolts and tightened them for me, again at no charge. It is very refreshing to know that he is a professional that you can trust.

If I could give him ten stars, I would. I took my days old 2020 Acura RDX to him because it felt uncomfortable to drive (wandered slightly back and forth on the highway). I thought it could be just the way the vehicle was designed, but I felt it best to get it checked. Why not the dealer? I havent tried my Acura dealer yet, but I dont trust most dealers. Anyway, he tweaked the slight toe-out condition and took a little air out of the right front and it drives like the brand new suv its supposed to drive like. Great service at great pricing.
