Great place to live and what a nice and professional office manager Lisa and let me not forget Kevin the best worker RPH ever had now let talk about there supervisor and now that another problem l think his name is Mr know it all you know one of those type of people who forgot where there came from but it ok the company excepts handicap people like him who is behind being help but he still a good guy l hope this review help you out before you make your decision at this beautiful paradise Oark

I habe been a resident for almost 4 years. This is a wonderful place to live. We have a beautiful pool, nice clubhouse and most neighbors are very friendly.

Visited good friend of mine. Good place to live for retired citizens or people aged 50 and above. Clean mobile home community with all the amenities.

Senior citizens park and owners are bleeding residents for everything they can get. More than just lot rent payments, ALSO FAIR SHARE PAYMENTS FOR ANYTHING DONE IN THE PARK. Normal repairs that owners should pay, are being forced on Senior Citizens. Nothing fair about this scam!!!

Its a nice park I worked for them well RHP property gave my 2 week notice and the manager at the time had me write out my notice but it had been two days later when she had me write it out so now when my two weeks was up I got no pay for my hours that was owed to me they are took it all they dont like to pay money thats owes to you they keep it crooks

Some of the reveiws are from people that have never lived here. If you cant afford the things that come along with being a home owner like home insurance and maitiencing your home . Dont bash just because you cant afford to lease the lot. My mom & grandma have lived here for 13 years and have loved living here . The pool is always clean and your family is welcome to come to. Lots a good neighbors met a lot a great friends. Great place to live.

After living here for 3 1/2 years it’s a friggin’ Payton Place such gossips when things aren’t true. With the virus they gave us a HUGE BREAK a whole $18 dollars for 3 months of the lockdown. You call the office no one every answers or returns messages. The sooner I can get out of here the better. Their corporate also no one answers or returns messages. Place is over priced.

Too much lot rent.... you wind up paying for the owners operating expences

Too much lot rent. We are paying their property taxes for them as pass on charges. Our rent is supposed to include water sewage garbage and common area usage to include pool and recreation area. Today we learn that this facility is court ordered to hook up to the city sewage system instead of using the antiquated one they half maintain on site and now we are being told we will be paying water sewage garbage maintenance fees and the property taxes as well as the rent going up and we dont even have our individual water sewage meters and instead of local trash pickup they are now stating that they will probably go to dumpsters and we have to carry our garbage to them instead of setting our garbage at the curb on Wednesdays. Some of these old folks cant drag their trash to these dumpsters and secondly 456 a month now plus an additional 500 a year for their property taxes as one lots portion...now add water sewer and garbage and the rent going up too...that would be some where in the ball park of 650 a month..this place is not worth that. On top of that the new connections to the city sewage system they are wanting to pass on to the residents as well...anything extra for up keep maintenance including all utilities even in common areas they are passing on to the individual lot rentals divided and everyone is expected to pay it... and if a meter is put in for water sewage at each lot this park will expect us to pay that too...most retired people live on a fixed income already and how is it fair to have them pay water and sewage as a pass on fee if they are frugal and dont use much...they have to pay a portion divided among all the lots and some can not afford that...if you are over 30 days past due on any of these fees they will take your mobile home away from you. It seems to me they want to force people out or pay them pennies for their homes and force the old folks into a nursing home and or force you to move your home elsewhere..This company does not give a damn about you or your property only their bottom line period..Do yourself a favor and do NOT move here. We are moving out. (Which BTW is probably what they want in the first place...because the airport wants this property to extend its services and the owners are seeing dollar signs...to be honest.
