I ordered business cards to be printed and this has been the worst experience. I ordered them and it was estimated that it would be done the following week on Monday. Monday rolls around and its been pushed back to the next day, and this kept happening til Friday. At this point there is not even a processing charge on my bank account because they have taken so long to print it. I finally get the confirmation text and email Friday night when it originally said it would be ready by 10 am Friday. I go into the store to pick it up the next day and it hasnt been delivered. Apparently the printing company hit the order ready button with it not being delivered. The associate I talked to said it would maybe be there Monday but they arent sure and that I need to wait for them to call me instead of listening to the official office depot printing services email. I placed this order and the estimated finish date was a week before I needed them, it is now almost 4 days past when I actually needed the cards, on top of the week of wiggle room i intentionally left by ordering early. This has been a terrible experience and I am never ordering from here again. I recommend you dont either.

Went looking for desks and was surprised by the large selection.

Run from this Company. They will take your money but never deliver the item. It is a waste calling customer service. The Delivery guys lie and say they tried to deliver but day after day never show up with your delivery. Customer Service will promise that you will have items delivered next day and items never come. Buy from Staples or Best Buy, they are trust worthy and will deliver on time. Staples has great customer service and prices are reasonable.

These guys are so informative and patient. Just great customer service. The DIY print and copy center has many accessories, staplers, staple removers, paperclips, high-lighters & pens, ect. For you to use. The machines can be a little tricky if you are printing documents for multiple sources and are a user friendly as they get. But for a first timer, I needed assistance and it was super cool of the service center peeps really helped me out. =D.

Great store

I shop at this Office Max frequently and it is really clean and very well organized. The minute I enter the store, a cashier or clerk welcomes me with a friendly hello. Within a few minutes, a salesperson asks if I need help finding an item. If I do, they lead me to the item in a friendly manner. Due to being really well-staffed, there is rarely a checkout line. I merely walk up to the cashier and Im out the door. Love this Office Max!

I really like the store but its very difficult give them more than three stars when theyre literally double the price of Walmart and Amazon

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Double charging, not listening to customer, Arguing with customers, Refusing to admit fault. I am a military, he said that they dont take military discount. THAT is A FAT lied. I wish Mat would be nice and help the customer.

Milka in the printing department is so helpful. I had a difficult job and he was there.

One star is too much for this OfficeMax. I went into the store to get a few things and could barely find a store associate to help me. She was finally found sitting in a chair way off from the register. This is how it is every time I go in here!

I have an executive account here and get lots of printing done at a great price! If it was not for that, I would never come back. The orders are always wrong....customer service is minimal at best. One of the managers that I usually talk to speaks more than one language. Her accent is hard to understand sometimes. If I ever ask a question, I am treated as though I am the worst customer they have ever had. I am sad to admit that I continue to use them after 5 years of mistreatment. If I could find a place that costs the same, within driving distance, I would surely go there. So, my suggestion...do the same.

Catherine always makes this the best experience ever. Shes professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Ask for her when you shop there.

Needed help with fax machine sense i am not knowledgeable of this computer generation. The young lady helped me and was so friendly and helpful very impressed!

The associates here were very friendly, I was asked by at least 5 different people if I needed any help. I will definitely continue to go to this location. Very pleased.

This location had exactly what I needed (a specific printer cartridge) and a plethora of other items that would be needed in an office. Great selection of items and friendly staff who provided good service.

Good selection of items, but management hard to find as general manager is off duty when there is a oroblem. Had a big problem. No manager there for 2 week days. Rude woman did not help. Actually had to buy a box to send HP laser to recycle. This should have been covered by purchased warranty.

They charge $.16 per paper copy.Also, you must have a debit or credit card to make your own copies.

Great place for copies, scan documents and purchase office supplies.

The workers werent well trained and what shouldve taken 5 min took 45 in the printing section. Also, took them forever to complete the job. And tried to over charge me.

Very unpleasant, stop to send a Fed X package out this morning 8:45 and the girl who works that area was rude and actually acted like she was doing me a favor .Wont ever go to that location again.
