Today was my first stop at the Pack ‘’N” Mail in Gainesville and was I impressed. Angela waited on me and you talk bout GREAT customer service….WOW! She was polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. She offered me the kind of customer service we used to get “back in the day”. It’s rare to find good customer service any more so she made my day!

I went in to send my package to my sister in Oklahoma on Thursday and I paid extra for ground Overnight for it to get to her on Friday. I had paid for this before and it got there the next day no problem so I didn’t see there would be an issue. Well I got a call from my sister it said out for delivery and that it would be there. She waited all day for it and then around 8pm we re checked the site and it said Monday it would be there. why am I paying extra for It to get there tomorrow if it’s not going to be there Tomorrow. No one ever said that it wasn’t guaranteed to be there even though I put down the extra money for it. It’s like paying for a Pizza and I pay for the extra cheese but they tell me your not guaranteed the cheese your just paying for the possibility of extra cheese. it upsets me and I really am disappointed. There a good company but I just find that if you pay for something you expect it to be what you pay for.

Really friendly folks. Ready to help even if its not in their purview. Cute little shop as well. Highly recommend them.

Purchased postage at a premium to ensure timely delivery for customer. Fedex did not arrive on time and well after the meeting. I called Pack n Mail immediately the next day (07/02/2021) and provided the tracking number, my name and they said that they would give it the manager. Called back later that day since I had not heard from anyone. They stated that the message was given. Called back on 07/05/2021 and had to leave another message for the manager. Called on 07/12/2021 and finally spoke to the manager who said she had no idea what I was talking about, she took the information and then said that she would call me in a day or two with an updated about claim. She never called me back. Called again on 07/22/2021 about status of refund claim and then asked for copies all of documentation submitted to Fedex for the claim. Conveniently no documentation could be provided and they would not refund the shipping fee. Be very careful using this location if time is a requirement since they do not guarantee their services. I will use the post office or go into town before I use this location again.

The service for the packing was perfect but the employee at the desk was not wearing a mask. There were 10 customers in line and WE all had masks on, but for optimal protection BOTH people need them. Texas COVID is off the charts and I do not appreciate people taking chances with my health.

Love the staff. Mrs Angela always gets a laugh when I come in because I tend to order the wrong things and have to return or exchange them. Have their email memorized so I can send the return label a head of time now. Have always been very friendly and courteous. It’s like going into your local coffee or barbershop the friendly atmosphere.

Would be 5 stars but... I arrived at 4:30 after I checked that their dropoff deadline was 5pm. I needed to make sure my documents could go out the same day, they are for my work and they are sent using prepaid shipping labels. The lady at the desk informed me that the UPS driver had already left for the day. I told her that I thought the drivers werent allowed to leave earlier than the dropoff deadline time. She replied that We keep trying to tell him that, indicating that he often leaves early from this pick up location. Because of this my deliveries will be delayed an entire day. This is unacceptable in my line of work as I am dealing with sensitive loan paperwork for clients. I would advise that the delivery driver for this location be coached on the shipping policies UPS states and that their customers rely on. Thank you.

Use at your own risk!Also notice that a good amount of their 5 star reviews only have 1 review...We had used them for many years. No more. A package amazon reportedly delivered there was never delivered according to them. Life insurance porting paperwork got lost causing us to lose a 300k policy.To top it all off when I called I got attitude from the employee I talked to. No offer to help or to try and find our missing things.I would not recommend them if you plan to have important mail delivered there.

Package dropped off on 12-14-20. They were busy and didnt scan it...UPS is saying it was never picked up from them. This is the second time this has happened to me, but In looking through their reviews, this seems to be a common problem. I will be using Fedex and dropping off inside Walmart or driving to Denton or Sherman from now on.

Ladies up front are very friendly. Prices are very reasonable! Love this place!

I have just lost a $220 amazon return because they dont think they need to scan them in. I left a package last week and UPS still hasnt scanned it into their system.Update-I just called UPS and if the box had left their building it would have been scanned. UPS is telling me it is still in their building or it was stolen???

I have used Pack n Mail many times. The NICEST helpful staff. They truly care about their cuatomers and go the extra mile to get your package shipped on time and affordably. They have boutique items for sale there that are very unique. The best part is this is a CHRISTIAN OWNED ESTABLISHMENT and I LOVE THAT. I make sure and ship all my items there.

Great location with multiple options for shipping all your needs everything from USPS and FedEx and UPS. Guys in the store are super helpful and know their stuff very happy to help out and they have a good stock of shipping equipment and supplies

Ive shipped numerous packages from the Gainesville location during the past several months. The packages have always arrived on time, the date Pack n Mail has given me, and in great condition. I love the friendliness of the staff, theyre always helpful, offer suggestions when necessary, and I am always treated with respect. The cost of shipping packages has always been comparable, if not better than what I had been quoted at other places. I love Pack n Mail, the staff, the attention they pay to details like wrapping(when needed) and packing the box(es), the ease of shipping, and would not ship anything from anywhere else! Thank you to the staff of Gainesville Pack n Mail, you are the very best, theres none better anywhere, I really appreciate all you do!

Small shop in the Big Lots building, but very friendly and quite useful. They fax, copy, print, and can pack and ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. They also sell miscellaneous items. I go there often.

I use the services offer multiple times per week and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Update:Eh, theyre okay if you really need to get something shipped. I wouldnt recommend them though. Most of the time line is to the door with one employee on shift.

Casey is great! They offer many services: fax, copy, mailbox services, FEDEX, UPS, and they also have a small book area with some jewelry.
