Friendly staff, I met the owner who is very nice & accommodating as well as the down to earth, knowledgeable, Manager/Mechanic, Robert who can be found onsite pretty much whenever they are open. Definitely the kind of people you want to do business with. They are straight shooters & offer fair, reasonable pricing. Id definitely recommend this business for any of your scooter needs/wants.

Rob is an amazing and very knowledgable mechanic. His prices are always fair and honest. He never wants to screw people over and tries to make it as cheap as possible for the customer. I’ve been going to him for the past 4 years and never had an issue. If you’re a college student only go to him, NS4L and every other shop is a rip off.

Brought my scooter here for the first time the other day because I heard the mechanics were quick, professional, and priced fairly. Everything about this statement was true, my scooter was being worked on about 5 minutes after I arrived, the mechanics took the time to explain every issue they saw to me and didn’t make me feel pressured to spend more money if I didn’t want to at that time. After they found some messed up bolts in one of my tanks, they were kind enough to replace them for free and I think I maybe waited 30 minutes total for a complete tune up. The price was amazing and I left feeling so much more informed about scooters than I had upon arriving, this is definitely my new go-to scooter spot.

The absolute best place to go for scooter repairs! This guy actually cares about his customers and will help you to no end. He helped me start up my scooter over the phone, explaining the process and how it worked to me. Was so nice and really knows what he is talking about. Will be coming here for any scooter related problems in the future. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Excellent service! I was so impressed with the low price too! The scooter had not started for about eight months and now it is running better and faster than it ever was (he found some issues that had been there since it was new). Fingers crossed it wont break again but if it does we will go back to Affordable Scooter Repair!

Robert is a fantastic guy. I had an odd request (needed Segway tires mounted) and he told me over the phone to come on in. When I got there he had my tires mounted in about 5 minutes for a very reasonable price. Out of all the options I checked out, this one lives up to its name in being affordable. Most other places charge quite a bit for the labour fee; even if the materials required are cheap and the work is quick to do. Robert was patient in answering all my questions and explaining things about the maintenance. I appreciated his honesty, and did not feel pressured to get more work done than what was actually needed.

It is the best place to repair your scooter. all of them are polite and expert and awesome. he explained in very details to me that is wrong with my scooter. before I find this place, I took my scooter to campus scooter, and they just sabotaged my scooter and charged lots of money and they were not polite. so I highly recommended affordable scooter repair. Best scooter repair shop in town hands down.. (and Ive tried every single one) The owner does the work himself, he doesnt try to screw you out of extra repairs or overcharge for no reason.. Went there for new brakes (160 dollar job) and he let me know that my brakes were still new.. They just needed to be adjusted and he did it for free!

Robert will always tell you the truth about fixing your scooter even if that means picking a cheaper option to fix it. The customer service is fantastic and you can even text Robert for updates on your scooter which was very convienent for me. Against my better judgement I had my daughters scooter worked on by this shop only because of the 5 star rating. Her scooter had been sitting over summer while she was home and didn’t start when she got back. He apparently fixed the scooter and two days later it was not starting again. His business was very unprofessional and unorganized looking compared to other shops and his work is cheap as is the quality of his repairs. I took the scooter to the Kymco dealer, Solano Cycle and they had to fix multiple things that were left loose or not put back together correctly. Now two weeks later the scooter is still running great. Save yourself a headache and time and spend a little more money to have a place with real certified mechanics work on your scooter so that it is working right and safe.
