Advance Tire and Auto Service at 912 NW Main St in GNV FL are great PEOPLE to do business with !!! THEY DONT do THINGS that DONT need to be done on your vehicle and scam YOU AS many shops do NOW a days and they do what they say theyre going to do and needs to DONE !!! GREAT prices FAST service and friendly people to do business with !! I highly recommend them !!!!

Editing my 5 star to 1 star...after my great experience, I had a scheduled service for one of my business vehicles for an oil change and tire repair. My employee arrived and the van was taken into a bay right away. TWO HOURS LATER, my employee inquired on the status, as he had a service appointment which was running behind, and they had just finished the oil change and hadnt begun to repair the tire. My employee advised hed have to take care of the tire another day because he was out of time. Advance Tire placed the tire back where it belonged and left the tools strewn out in the van, which they removed to access the tire harness. In summary, they took way longer than they should have, did not complete the scheduled service and left tools out inside the vehicle. Extremely dissatisfied with this company and will not return!No appointment was available, but they allowed me to leave my vehicle for them to try to squeeze in during the day. They were able to service the car, and identified a badly worn tire. I picked up my car, they changed the oil, replaced two tires and back brakes, all for a very reasonable price. Thank you Advanced Tire!!

Prices are good but I had problems with the quality of work. Get what you pay for I guess. I would just keep an eye on the technician working on your vehicle. There not all the same.

2hrs from blowout to call in to roadside to up in running again. Excellent service getting my single replaced and me on the road again.

Got stranded across the street due to a *completely flat* (refuse-to-take-air) tire. Sales/service rep walked me through my options... Was not only professional, but very accommodating. In a matter of hours, I was rolling out of there with two new tires for an extremely reasonable price. These guys are great! Highly recommend.

Awesome place! I had to have my motor replaced, they were very timely, and helped me with multiple things free of charge even though they didn’t have to! Patty is honestly the greatest! I needed me tires and Steve was super helpful. I told him what kind of driving I do and the tires he recommended are fantastic. One of my tires had a defect and they replaced it quick and without fuss. I will definitely take my other cars here in the future.

Mechanics and service reps are all extremely courteous. Service is speedy, costs are reasonable, and there is no attempt to fabricate additional problems. The mechanics go the extra mile by explaining the diagnoses.

Went in today because I was afraid my tire has a nail stuck in it. They were super helpful in calming me down and keeping me updated on my cars status (such a kind gesture). They worked super quickly on my car and I was able to make it to my morning class!

Very poor service. The lady at the front counter was rude and was talking trash about other local businesses. I just wanted to get a tire plugged on a car i just purchased, i was told i was lucky that was the only thing wrong with my car. Because in her opinion the car dealer ship i purchased my car from she did not like, i thought it was very unprofessional .

It was the kind of morning when you have a lot to do, and then you get a flat tire. Luckily, I was on my way to the CVS across the street, so I stopped into Advanced Tire Service. They were courteous, fast, and reasonably priced. I am now at my laptop doing work only 30 minutes behind my regular schedule. Im so glad I stopped by!

I would not ever go back or recommend anyone to go there,i felt as if i was treated unfairly. Told i made a terrible mistake on were i bought my car. Spent almost $300.00 and just was not happy with the customer service or the work they did.

Was referred to this shop by First Place Auto Sales where I bought my 07 Rav4 in May. Was time for scheduled maintenance and oil change. VERY PLEASED!Patty at front counter gave me a very cheerful greeting and immediately got me all checked in and the crew got right on it. They changed my oil, did an inspection, and found I needed front brake pads. I was taken care of, price was very affordable, and all mechanics were super nice and attentive. They have a clean waiting area with a Keurig coffee pot for you to enjoy.I definitely recommend this place and will go here for all my vehicle needs. They are located at 912 N Main St between Uhaul and Zaxbys.If you are shopping for a vehicle, go to First Place Auto Sales....also on N Main right by this shop!

I didnt even want to give one star..but I had to just to state my review... I arrived at the tire shop to have a tire inspection..the manager came out and barely looked at my tires...he never felt them to see if my tires had road hazzards, like nails, glass, or loss pressure, or was it vandalism...The manager just casually walked around them, then he stated..ih their fine...well two days later my friend was on the way to the laundry mat, and the tire blew....if youre looking for a tire shop that will honestly inspect your tires dont go to this shop...

Steve and his crew are a brand new full service auto repair shop in Gainesville. They provided me with fast, friendly and affordable help with a new set of tires.
