Good work over all like how detailed and clean they left my truck will be back again!! Took a little long but that shows how much attention to detail they notice

Well this was my first visit and maybe my last, Im little disappointed with the quality of my wipe down service, after getting home and inspecting more I noticed dirt spots still on windshield, stuff still in cup holders, doors barely wiped down, my truck bed was still dirty inside (a little rinse couldve gotten the leaves and stuff out), the top of my truck isnt even washed, etc. I understand I came at the end of the day but it wasnt closing time and I feel the last customer should get the same service the first customer gets. Its not like I didnt pay for the service

They are awesome, the guys are always nice & they do a great job on my truck we go there twice a month some times every weekend

Cruisers Car Wash was great they did a fantastic job. I met the manager Ive seen him before but never got to talk to him much. The men out front doing the final detailing did a great job that gentleman that did mine didnt catch his name but I was in my 94 Bronco and he complimented on just how good the truck was in so many with the mileage on it. My car looked brand new when I left there. They did an awesome job. The young man that finished drying and washing my windows was a really hard worker and went beyond the call duty and I want to let him know I appreciated it!

They do a good job. A couple of bug spots left on truck but still good for an auto wash and there guys do a good job on wheels tires and windows. Ill go back.

Went for the first time today and I was impressed! A little more expensive than other car washes, but its so worth it for the service. I dont enjoy vacuuming my car or cleaning the interior, so it was really nice to have someone else do it. My car had started to develop dark streaks under the exterior door handles (which I usually have to scrub off myself), but even those came off! Ill never go anywhere else!!

Ive been a customer of Cruizers for many years now. Always took my cars there atleast 3 times a month to be cleaned. Today I took my new Jeep by there and how it looked once I got it home and really checked over it made me sick to my stomach! Ive always referred my friends, family, and customers to Cruizers but not anymore. Ive always tipped atleast $20 each time and as much as $100 on a few occasions. Theres just no excuse for how my Jeep turned out. Please look over everything BEFORE you leave because once your gone from there its to late to complain then. Ive added the photos to their google photos just to show how terrible this job was. Im not the type of person that just complaints over nothing.

Had my car done here and paid for the top level. Inside half done, pine needles sticking out of wiper areas and when I pointed these it was like well duh yeah. Still never done it right when I pointed it out. Went to Parrs car wash in Boiling Springs today and they did an excellent job even with the rain. I try to do biz local but drive a few miles and get a great job done by people with a great attitude.

They guys doing my car did fantastic, only reason I didnt give 5 stars is how the two kids working on another mans truck seemed to be with a disgruntled customer. But, idk if I can blame them about it. Its kinda pricey to get your car completely done, itll be about 30$ but they always do fantastic on my vehicle so I dont mind paying it.

Not very good with washing cars they leave sports that should be cleaned there tire shine only lasts 20 minutes then its gone. I just left there today getting my truck washed and i noticed they had put a scratch on my passenger window. They do not get every inch of the car washed i had to go home and clean more of it myself. They do not take there time to do it right there just in a rush to get it done. I will not be taking my truck back to cruisers ever again. Poor poor employers that do not care about there job or other ppls cars. I spent $25 dollars for the full deluxe kit and only got half of what i was i suppose to get, so in my book they need to take the time to do the cars right...

Went by Friday 4/10/20 and got some very sorry service, Ive been using this place weekly when weather permitting but very disappointed in my last visit. Truck was not prewashed as usual, then young man who was supposed to wipe truck couldnt quit talking to his buddies long enough to do a good job, missed half the dash, did a very poor job of applying tire dressing missing many pllaces, also didnt address the bugs on front of vehicle that the prewash normally gets. Very disappointed, I guess Ill be looking for another place to get a decent wash. Ive been to Cruisers when they were extremely backed up and received a very good job but feeling very let down now. I wont be recommending this place anymore either.

You get what you pay for. Not bad for a cheap and quick wash. Only complaint I have is minor scratching (easily correctable) from their ancient brushes and they didnt dry my hood so I was left with water spots. Was in a pinch and needed my brand new truck cleaned ASAP. Probably wont ever go again unless its an older car that paint isnt a concern on. Did a good job on my interior.

The guys that work at this car wash are super competitive with each other and do one of the best jobs that you can get in this area. Also if you are not satisfied they will either refund your money or run your car through until you are satisfied. So far I have never had a serious complaint and highly recommend and refer people to this Carwash as they are the best in the area 10 thumbs up

Excellent wash. You have to vacuum your own car, but it is free with the car wash. You can use it as long as you want. They also have clean towels and cleaner to use for detailing your vehicle.

Im disappointed with my last service. My husband paid 25 to get my car cleaned. My inside was half wiped down. There was no smell good in it. An streaks on the window. My husband told me not to worry about it. But I could have done an better job at home.

08/31/19 - My disappointment at this facility is beyond epic!!! I sat in line 20 min before having to use restroom. So I got out of my vehicle to ask attendant if there was a bathroom; yes. Got back in vehicle to pull it over. Upon returning, the same attendant & Mr. Im in charge told me I could not get back in line, unless I fall-in at the back again.smhI told Mr. Im in charge, that Im a disabled veteran and was in need and the line did not move one car. Even though a great veteran behind me was okay with it. But nooo, Mr. Im in charge insisted that I move! Never Again!!!!!

This is a great place to get your car cleaned. They do a great job for 20 bucks. Normal expected tip is $10.00 to $20.00. Them guys do awesome work.

If you’re picky about how you’re vehicle looks I 10/10 recommend not going here. Didn’t clean the seats at all, barely wiped the console and left dirt in obvious places. Not impressed

Two ppl to detail my truck and still the rims amd tires was still dirty and inside was not cleaned and i pointed things out and they still didnt clean it. One guy was on his phone while working..other was just speed cleaning missing obvious dirt..do not know if Ill go back..very disappointed in the service there lately.

The only place I take my jeep to be cleaned when I dont have time to do it myself. Employees are always nice and the work is always excellant.

I have never, ever written a review before, especially a negative one, but I am beyond fed up. I have come to this car wash many times, asking them to detail my car (shampooing carpets, etc.), which is a service they provide. I tried to call them ahead of time, understanding they may be busy, so I can schedule an appointment but they never pick up the phone. So I have showed up and they are busy, so I ask them when to come back, again understanding that they are busy. They told me to come back on Sunday. I did and they couldnt. They said to come back Monday. I did and they couldnt. They then said to come back at 9:00 in the morning Monday or Tuesday, right when they opened. I did. And again. They said they cant. They only had three people on a rainy Tuesday morning and couldnt afford to do it. So I am done. I am never, ever returning there again. Awful, awful experience.

I spent $26 I wanted the Inside cleaned over anything else. And ever time I go there it makes sick to look at the half clean car. I rather have it nasty all over than half clean . I tell myself every time not to ever go back. I ant anymore I mean it this time. I am done.
