I had a signal that required attention. This was on a Thursday and they had a full schedule. They advised me to come in and they would work me in. Paul and the staff are always there for me. Always friendly and ready to take care of my hearing needs.

They were very friendly and helpful. I can hear everything now.

Hearing Life is excellent in every way. All the staff are so pleasant, friendly and respectful.They see to my every need and I am grateful for their taking care of me. Paul checked my hearing, cleaned my hearing aids and replenished my battery needs. The ladies and Paul were all wearing masks and kept at a distance. A totally pleasant appointment.

Greeted warmly when I entered, had to wait a couple of minutes before I was called back. The Dr is very easy to talk to about issues with the hearing aids, if any, and answers your questions completely to your satisfaction. They always make sure you leave with the supplies that you need. Would highly recommend to anyone having trouble hearing .

Hearing Life (and Paul) have been professional and timely. They are not top end in facilities but they do a great job at a reasonable cost and within an agreeable time. I would recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with hearing.

Poor quality hearing aids. Poor fitting.Poor customer service. Hearing aids are older models that needs to be updated. I wish I had never purchased from this company.

Do not use this doctor! they will take advantage of you especially the elderly. any doctor that has to send flowers in the mail to get new patients is desperate. if you have or buy hearing aids from *Note they are probably old and can not be adjusted to fit your needs!!!!!
