They messed up my Granddaughters presentation booklet, reprinted it and still messed it up. Okay, mistakes are made. They mailed it to her, but told me she should have called them after she ordered it off of their website. No, I think they should have called her if they were not sure and got angry. She had prepaid for it. They are going to reimburse her, but these employees need to understand that this was so important...this was a part of her grade and they just did not care. He did apologize, but shes worked four years for this and we are just hoping this doesnt affect the end results!

Rude employees, mediocre selection and extremely overpriced. Asked for help, guy pointed and said over there ... Walmart or Amazon cheaper and deliver. Wouldnt go back if they were giving stuff away.

I came in last minute to get some invites printed for my sons birthday party, well as soon as a walked in the guy at the front desk greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I told him what I needed and he directed to the copy section. I went back and the lady at the desk was helping someone I stood there for about 10 seconds or so and the lady greeted me and let me know she would be right with me. Well when it was my turn she was super friendly and of course I wasnt prepared and 4 other people lined up behind me so while I was getting my self situated she helped each one with a smile while still serving me. While I was there she helped about 7 people not including me with a smile and never once complaining, she even made me laugh a few times. Everything about my sons party has been stressful because nothing so far has went right. I went in with super low expectations and was completely shocked. The service and the product was absolutely amazing. This is what customer service is all about. From the moment I walked in even when it got hectic I felt like my business was wanted and appreciated. This has store has better service than some 5 star dining Ive been to. The lady that helped me name starts with a T I dont know if Im allowed to say her name but Office Max should really be honored to have her as a part of the team because this day decent customer service is hard to find let alone amazing service. I just want to say thank you so much to her for turning my sons birthday back into a positive and fun experience.

Just went in the store to buy my grandson a tablet for his birthday. Employee standing at cash register talking on his cell phone. Walked up to him and was waiting for him to finish his call to ask for help and he looked me in the eyes and walked away. Well OfficeMax you just lost a $200 - $500 sale.

Office Max is the only store of its kind in my community. The people there are polite and for the most part helpful. The tech service counter is very helpful and knowledgeable. They answer questions about product problems free of charge and offer bench tests for a reasonable fee and if they fix your problem, the bench test is free.The back of the store provides printer, color and black and white. They are Fedex drop off location and they will help with faxing documents. They provide a wide range of printing services. Everything from flyers, to printing and binding. They can also laminate almost anything except Social Security cards and licenses. Great for your flimsy insurance card and it is also now waterproofed. They do business cards, invitations, and just about any printed sign you want. (Different stores may offer different services.)

Waited a long time for service, wasnt aknowledged, was told by other employees that the only person who could help me was tied up with another customer. Thank Goodness another employee attempted to assist. 7 min. of waiting, but finally received my product. I am pleased. Suggestion: Be more attentive to all customers...at least say hi, expedite the situation.

Pretty cool place with A LOT of up to date electronics. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and offer quick, friendly service. I am repeat customer and I wont go anywhere else for my office or printing needs.

OfficeMax is a pretty good place to free much find everything you need that deals with admin work and in an office. However the prices forgetting something faxed off if youre needing to go fax something is absolutely ridiculous at $2 a sheet that is pretty expensive and I do not see why in the world they cant fax something for you for cheaper than that it sounds like that is just way over pricing a good facts price per sheet would be a quarter or first page $0.50 and each additional page $0.25 but my God not $2 a sheet that is absolutely ridiculous that is serious price-gouging if you ask me.

The associate who helped me with my FedEx package was patient, friendly and just as I was about to leave, it began to pour heavy rain, so as he was not busy with another customer, we began to talk about our families and found out that we are both huge animal lovers (we both own rescue dogs). I am pretty sure his name is Brian and he should be commended for making my visit to your store so pleasant!

Sweet people , Just not that helpful on printers at all !!!!!!. I bought a new printer from them for school. Epson all in one ,and boy does it drain the ink. Drinks it. Wasted 2 sets printer ink now -cyan toner . Come to find out myself on my own, I need to set documents to black and white before printing . Problem should be solved ,I believe. They didn’t tell me this, nor Epson itself. Help is hard to find. They will sell you anything, but your sort of own your own if you have problems.

Stopped by there to have a document laminated. They wanted me to leave it and pick it up at a later date. I asked to have it done while I waited. The person at counter told me that I would have to wait 30 minutes to get one document laminated. Went to a postal facility and had the document laminated in a few minutes.

Very disappointed, my wide format printer broke and I needed a banner printed by close of business for a customer (Which technically would have given them over an hour to print). EVERYTHING was setup and configured on the document, all OfficeMax had to do was hit Print. Spoke with two individuals including the Department Manager of the printing department. Again stressed the fact that everything was setup and all that needed to be done was to hit print. All of 2 minutes and they would not do it. They said they did not have enough time. Very disappointed.

Print shop lady was the only one working besides the front cashier. With 5 people in line, after waiting 15 minutes, and watching 2 employees walk around us with no concern, my husband had to hunt the manager down (who was kicked back in an office on the internet). Meanwhile, I was calling the main number from my cell in the printshop line and got another employees to come to the back printshop and help me with my self-service copies.Apparently, the USB does not work on the new copiers, making self-service useless in my case,. and all she had was a bunch of other excuses about how today was black Friday and the print shop usually isnt even open and we are lucky to have one person to work and the only other copy center in town is closed too so like they were doing us a big favor to print off 29 black and white pages on tabloid size paper.This place needs help... in more ways than one.

The poor employees there did not have enough help every customer had to wait at least 20 or more minutes for a printing job the employees that were there were working as hard as they could but there was not enough people there to take care of the customers dont go unless you got plenty of time to wait
