Great place to get insured, especially if you havent been covered recently. The staff is very friendly, fast, and helpful. I had to get my car towed twice, and I never had any problems doing so with the roadside assistance. They also offer renters insurance that I highly recommend.

Definitely, wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE 🗣 I called to inquire my insurance card being emailed to me so I could provide proof of insurance to my school to prevent getting a citation. Whomever I spoke with was extremely RUDE and hung up on me. I am highly disappointed. Customer service is extremely important when you’re interacting with people. Why would I recommend people if I’m insured through them and I can’t even get good customer service? Explore your other options. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS THE LAST INSURANCE TO GET YOUR CAR INSURANCE THROUGH.

Purchased full coverage insurance yesterday. Super fast process, minimal paperwork, and if you have to pay with a money order, a convenience store is right next door. Amazed at the prices as well.

I was on hold for 10 minutes just for someone to answer and place me back on hold. 10 minutes later another person answered the phone and while I was explaining to her what had happened she hung up.. Very rude staff and a waste of my time. This is not how you treat your customers.

I have waited for two weeks now to get my car to the body shop. The adjuster will not return calls and has had my vehicle since the day after the accident. The estimate was done the third day and the body shop already has the parts awaiting my car. Very poor customer service when you need it.
