My elderly neighbor used Vail to remove 2 trees charging her $4,100! Some senior discount! Dropped them and left them. Called and spoke to Derrick the owner, he didnt care at all. Dont use them unless you want a huge mess and to be severely taken advantage of. My husband is now cleaning up the mess they left for free because we have morals and character, both of which the owner and this business lacks.

Derrick and his crew removed a very tough Curly Hickory from our backyard, due to its size and location this was a very tough job and they delivered. His crew was very courteous and friendly not to mention very hard working. His 100’ boom truck ( 101’ for the record) was a blessing removing the tree, due to location and fencing. His crew did a great job cleaning up after the job and making sure we were happy with the finished product. Thanks Derrick to you and your crew for the fantastic job, we can rest easy knowing that tree is gone now when the wind blows. Wish I could give six stars. These guys were consummate professionals. They took four trees down for us in a very short time frame. Their cleanup was impeccable. Derrick was great to work with and very responsive to any questions or requests we had. We absolutely plan to use them again.

We would and plan to use Vail again! We appreciated how quickly they were able to take 4 trees down for us. They are efficient and caused very little disruption to our family! Excellent service from Vails Tree service, had some trees to be removed and he came and did the job in one day and they cleaned up nicely. It’s like a fresh new hair cut. I’ll definitely be using him again!

Great job! The tree we needed to take down was beside the fence and hanging over our neighbors lawn. They were able to safely take the tree down with minimal mess on their lawn. They helped move our play set back and they did an amazing job cleaning up. I would have them back.

I would not recommend Vail Tree Service. We paid him Cash before the job was done and he never came back to finish the job. He also got one of his trucks stuck in the back yard and a tow truck ripped up the yard trying to get it out. He never offered to fix that. Here we are a year later with dead trees still in the back yard. He now won’t respond to our text messages.

I stopped to see if I could get an estimate for or 90 foot tulip poplar tree that we thought was rotting. He stopped by the same night. Estimate seemed reasonable. His crew shows up at 8:30 and was done by 11:30. Very impressive to watch. Kind you, this tree was only about 16ft room from our home. W would give him 6 stars if possible. Thanks Derek!
