For years I have been a Crossfit Critic. I was invited to drop in for Murph this Memorial Day and my eyes were opened. Fulton Crossfit has an amazing atmosphere! They had never seen me before yet were all in on pushing me and trying to get 100% out of me. From the owner down to the members, what a great group of people.
