Says they are open today, so I drove in to find out they are actually closed. Needs to say this online

Sent out package and cost me almost double what UPS charges. Worker added 7 lbs and $23 for service plus UPS charge of 28.60. Never given tracking info or ETA. Not using again. Not happy.

Owner tried charging charging me to accept my prepaid UPS packages, had to have ups call and explain her job to her...
