Worst experience, rude people, not on time and on the phone.Another experience: In my moms car, someone from Nu-Cab completely ran a stop sign, we got in a car accident and they drove off.

If you need a cab ya better call like 3 hours in advance.

Literally terrible. always late, always rude on the phone, friend was late to work multiple times because they lied about “passing by” just don’t. They’ve also charged more for no reason. If you want good reliable transportation, don’t take nu-cab

So my boyfriend and his sister ordered a taxi from fulton to west side of oswego to east side. they took and hour to get there and showed up with people already in the car. nobody wearing masks. he asked where he sits and he just says pile in to save time. he couldn’t even put his seatbelt on because the car was so full.

They’re never on time and always act like they’re too busy

Drove right by me in front of the hospital... and if it was not the cab ment for me , I still waited hour for a ride that i was gonna be right there I called my wife dont know if they showed... this is why uber and left are closing cab companies. Not the first time

Had timed call for 730 pm waited just over an hour. I AN AN X CAB DRIVER I WAS ALWAYS ON TIME OR EARLY. FROM NOW ON IF I CALL FOR A TIMMED PICKUP BE THERE OR I WILL HAVE SOMEBODYS JOB.AND I WILL OWN THE COMPANY. HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT OH WELL LEARN HOW TO RIGHT DOWN DIRECTIONS OR DO WORK FOR THE COMPANY

Horrible taxi service!!! Will never go through this company again!! I call get told how long it will be and I was told 20 minutes it’s been an hour already so I called the first time I was hung up on and the second time the guy screamed stop calling!! Highly recommended not to go through them other taxis are far more reliable!!:)

Called, they answered then hung up and when I called again and I was sent to voicemail terrible customer service, never again.

Beeping all threw the park then must not have found the person they where picking up because he drove back threw going 30 mph at least

I work for a medical facility and had a resident with a walker call for a ride. It was 98 degrees today. Finally, after waiting for 40 minutes I convinced her to come inside and wait. Another hour went by and the driver FRED showed up. My resident asked him to help her get her walker into the cab. He refused and drove off when she was unable to get in the car. Medical transportation will be notified as well as the better business Bureau . Every dr office, facility and hospital will be advised not to use this company. They are terrible, overcharge elderly and show up hours late if at all

I called them and asked for a ride to Wal-Mart it took them over 2hours to pick me up. I had to call them 3 times and ask when they would be picking me up, I was told 5 minutes and it still took them 30 minutes. They need to pick people up when they say they will be there. They are the worst cab company in Oswego/Fulton area.

Was told they’d be there to pick me and my 2 smallChildren up in 15-20 minutes, ended up waiting about 1hr and 15 mins before I called NY transportation and was picked up by them instead. Was also rudely hung up on and told to “chill out” and “relax” when I called asking where the driver was and how long it would take before they got to me. Absolutely terrible service and I don’t know how they even stay in business.

Everytime we call this cab company they say 20 minutes and dont show up for hours! Today is now the 2nd time they left my sister and I stranded with my 1 year olf son! They said they would be here 2 1/2 hours ago and just called us abck after saying they would be here in 20 minutes and said they arent sending anyone!

Will never use them again I called them at 5:30PM and was told they would be there in no more than half an hour and would only charge me $20 and they finally arrived at 7:42 and charged me $30 if I didn’t have to be inside before my parole curfew I would have told them to piss off

Driver not wearing a mask and letting customers not wear one either , I think I will report it to the Authorities in the state level and perhaps they will be more careful or pay the fines that comes with it

Picked up my brother from work in Fulton and brought him to Oswego during such ice condition that my Jeep couldn’t do it and it was cheap and quicker than I expected thank you 🙏 my-cab your the best

This cab company is very unprofessional. The lady who answered was rude, the cab was very late and the driver was also rude. They sometimes don’t even answer, we had to call multiple times. Do not recommend.

After calling and confirming the pick up time 3 separate times they were still very late and when we called to ask where the taxi was the person was rude and unhelpful. We missed the appt because of them . Will never use them again !

Only one I call

Every time i call this cab, they say, 15-20 mins, 3 hrs later, it will only be 15-20 mins. This company iy s unprofessional, inconciderate....i had to wait over 3 hrs at drs office with my son and everytime i called, 15-20 mins. And now its hhappening again. We got a ride home from a perso.n that had her kids at the drs , if it werent for her, wed never got home. God bless this lady

On several different occasions ordered a time call and was still sitting for over an hour! One occasion I sat for 2 friggin hours!!!!!!!!Just ordered a time call for my daughter after work the cab was there took the wrong people and never sent one back to get her she too had to wiat for an hour also! This company needs to figure out what the hell they are doing and either get more drivers or close their doors!!! They r a joke!

I used them to go home in phoenix from oswego hospital. They guy was so unprofessional. He swore. Lisoned to obseen music. He was speeding. To make it even worse he wanted to stop at a store. He creeped me out and i was soo glad my man was with me because he gave me a really bad feeling. Will never use thwm again..

Drivers are plenty friendly but if u need a ride asap dont call here, always takes minimum of 30 mins for them to arrive ive waited up to just a couple minutes shy of an hour.... so if in hurry nu cabs not the one to call.

Marvin was a very peopley person. And he was a really nice and he was good driver

So 3 days ago I called them and they said they would be there in 10 minutes. I had to call them 2 times because they didn’t show up for an hour. I called them yesterday then called them back 5 minutes later saying I didn’t need the ride anymore. I called them this morning for a ride to work. Almost everytime they give me rides, they call me when they show up. I asked them to be there at 9:40am. I called at 9:52 asking what was going on and she freaked out. Claiming that the driver was out there for 20 minutes waiting for me yesterday and today. Mind you, I canceled the ride yesterday 5 minutes later and the time difference when I called again was 12 minutes. The dispatcher was very VERY unprofessional. Used obscure profanity. I called literally every other cab and no one answered so I had my boyfriend call them back and we waited outside. The driver literally pulled into my driveway and as I’m walking up, drove off. Very unprofessional and childish and I highly suggest no one use their service.

Im pregnant at the hospital waiting an hour and half for the cab. They said they would be here a certain time and is more than 30 minutes late. Trash company Id say.
