I’ve purchased a few pinball tables over the years from Evan, the owner of Orange County Pinballs, and have a verbal agreement for a fair trade of one of those tables pending with him as well.Evan is a very hard worker, who takes great pride in a job well done. He has made the lengthy trip from the OC to where I live each and every time to personally set up and install all of those tables, and to fix a minor issue with a table, and has alway been accommodating of my schedule.There are many products I would purchase from a variety of stores, usually based on who has the best price. Not the case with Evan. He knows his stuff, has always done right by me in our business doings, and has earned my loyalty as THE go to guy for pinball tables in southern CA.

I just sold my Pinball machine to Orange County Pinball. The transaction was great, and the negotiation was straightforward and pleasant; they gave me more than I expected. Their customer service is outstanding. I cannot recommend them high enough. I would do business with them again without a second thought.

Will call Ebay to get honest reviews deleted which is a violation of the Federal Consumer Review Fairness Act. Missing bolt plate for leg and also was sent with 3 bad coils, and 2 filthy coil sleeves which would make the flippers stick upwards.-Edit First machine was passable. Review is as per second machine. Coils and sleeves will not deteriorate or be effected in shipping. Was delivered defective and missing parts. Wrote neutral review at Ebay about the issue. Evan called Ebay to have review deleted which is against the law. Beware, seller is conniving, which is hopefully apparent in his responses

They have a lot of machines in stock. I bought a fully restored Captain. Fantastic pinball machine from them. I made my deal with Evan, and got it for a decent price, and comes with a 30 day guarantee. They delivered the machine the following week as promised. Evan and his worker handled the machine with white gloves, and set it up inside my hose. I played with it everyday for almost two weeks, and a flipper got stuck. I call Evan and told him what happened, and he was at my house in two days and fixed it. Great customer service.

I should have posted this when i bought Avengers Infinity Quest Premium from Evan months ago. Evan said he would keep me posted, when i purchased the machine. He DID!!!! Even called me repeatedly with information on the status of AIQ. Orange County Pinball let me know the time and day it would arrive. That day Evan called We are on our way AIQ arrived. Evan and a helper unboxed the pinball machine. Put legs on and set the pin up. They brought it in, set AIQ in my house and tested the machine. Evan had me play Avengers. Evan asked is there anything else i can do WOW. The process was so pain free, I was shocked. The next NIB will be bought from OCP!!!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. This was my first time purchasing a pinball machine so I had many questions. Evan was immediately responsive and available - whether it be by call or text - to answer everything with patience and knowledge whether it be about the difference between the models, the history of the machine, or on modifications. Evan and his team at Orange County Pinballs are truly in a class of their own. Evan took my beat down and torn up Star Wars: Episode One pinball machine and literally made it brand new! I couldnt even believe it was the same machine! I had him rebuild the entire playfield and replace the old lights with all new LED lights that are one third the cost in electricity and look crisper and brighter than the original ones. I cant comment on the work they do...BUT, beware of his work ethics. I was told the hourly rate was 125.00ph. I took my machine in and was told it would be a flat rate of 975.00 and 125.00 ph after that. When I asked for an estimate of how many hours that covered, he said I dont want to work on it. Come get your machine. So, unless your willing to write a blank check, dont go there. Either doesnt know his business very well or is just plain greedy. My opinion

A few months ago, I purchased a Stern Star Wars Premium from OC Pinballs. I have to admit, I am a picky buyer in general, especially when making a large purchase. Evan didnt disappoint! He was on-time, the game was new in the box as promised, and the terms of the sale were the same as what discussed via text and email. I had the level of quality service from Orange County Pinball last Sunday that is simply not experienced often enough anymore, that they deserve a review that should bring new customers looking for a pinball store they can trust. Michael sold me the NIB floor model of Medieval Madness Remake at the last day of the Arcade Expo at the Museum of Pinball. Later that same night he delivered and delicately set up the new game in my home. Michael not only has a strong back and unlimited energy, but is a very skilled technician in trouble shooting games. Before he left after a very long day (& Expo weekend), a final check revealed that a switch was not registering touch nor score consistently. Michael checked the schematics and went right to the problem, made adjustments, and soon had it working properly. As he made his way to the door, he noticed a flickering LED, so he set his tools down and once again removed the glass to tighten the LED connection, even though I assured him I could fix it myself at that late hour. Purchase of this pinball game was by far the smoothest big ticket transaction I can recall ever experiencing, with delivery and competent set up the same day. I know that OC Pinball is where I am going to buy my next pin game and secure service and parts for the ones I already own. I bought 2 machines from Orange County Pinball, one new and one a 1997 classic. Even though I lived 50 miles away, they delivered it the same day. Shortly thereafter, when I needed some maintenance on the older machine, Evan sent a technician at no cost to me (and I certainly expected to pay the charge).Recently I blew a fuse on one of the machines and Evan (owner) was able to troubleshoot it over the phone although Im terrible with electronics and was hesitant to try.If you want someone who is honest, low pressure and helpful in making a purchase as well as willing be there after the sale, this is the place buy your machine. I recently bought my first classic pinball machine (BSD Bram Stokers Dracula) from Evan at Orange County Pinballs. The experience was positive throughout. Evan was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some good insights on things to consider (including whether or not it makes sense to go LED on some of the classic models... I decided it didnt in my case afterall and am sticking with regular bulbs). Purchase, delivery and set-up went very smoothly. When I had a couple minor problems in the first couple weeks after delivery (which is not uncommon ), Evan was very responsive and helpful to assist. A couple things required a minor adjustment, which he walked me through to handle myself, via email and over the phone. OC Pinballs is a good vendor, honest and dependable.

Worst experience ever in purchasing a pinball machine I’ve ever had. These guys post under eBay as a bogus name “pinsidertrading” and they are completely unprofessional and NOTHING like all the reviews here. Makes me question if these reviews are legit or just family members. RUDE and ARROGANT. Waiting for eBay to help with a resolution. I regret every minute I’ve spent dealing with them.
